Well, today was an awesome experience with the not-so-nice manager or whoever in charged of the place. This one was the Tmobile closet to my home so I decided to go there, instead of the one in Flatiron Crossing Mall. The experience can be summarized with one sentence: they only care about you when you are going to actually SPEND money in that store. I went there with the hope that they are going to cut my micro sim into nano. My friend told me some kind of promotion is going on about 0.99c for a pre paid sim card from Tmobile. Apparently, I did not know that was am online thing so I went to the store. The first person who served me was nice enough, this little chuppy and cute guy, to explain that they dont have that and patient enough to wait for me to search the deal up on my phone using their amazingly fast internet. For the record, there were 3 customers total, might be less so there awesome T Mobile employee are quite FREE. The second one come said "it is going to be 15$. You want it or not?" . Now I dont know if he is manager or the one in charge of the store but he seems to have more power from the first guy, but lack the patience to wait for me to be done with my searching on the internet. He repeated the same question 3 times as if I did not understand him the first time, and in a very rude manner. It sounded like "if you have no other business, please leave my store". If that guy or his supervisor ever read this review, I would like to suggest a small comparative analysis to him. Prior to the T-mobile store, I stopped by McDonald and I did not pay anything due to a scholarship from McDonald. The service is even better than what I was given at the T-mobile store but my family did actually pay the bill every month. I do not know what that is but I am sure it is a little greater than a ZERO. So TREAT your customer with respect because WE pay the company to pay you. As a customer service representative, your only skill that is valuable to the company is your INTERPERSONAL skill, make it worth or the store will replace you with someone who is better at that. Next time, I would just drive a little further to the Flatiron Crossing Mall store instead and I suggest the same to everyone to do the same. Unnecessary stress is unhealthy to your health

This T-mobile store is the closest to my home so it is the most convenient store to go pay our monthly statements. However, this T-mobile is not a very good store and the reason being is the customer service. Waiting for a little over a half an hour, I was finally able to get aid and the help was far from helpful. I had several questions and the woman could not help resolve any of them. What happened instead, was she insisted that I call 611. Now I understand that there are policies that must be followed but please at least attempt to show some solicitude. After waiting and watching them take their time and trying to shove their customers to buy other accessories and products, I would have thought that they would at least attempt to be more helpful when they finally got to me. The problem with this store is the untrained employees and it is not their fault for their lack of skills. They were doing what they were taught and it is disappointing because they could do much better. One more thing and this is me going on a tangent, a couple months ago my uncle had a problem with his Note 3 and when we brought it to the store, the manager Pamela took a look at it. The problem with the phone was that it persists on displaying E where the 4g signal should be and this caused his phone to have slow internet and sometimes no internet at all. She asked if we tried removing the battery and restarting the phone (of course we did). After coughing on my uncles Note 3 several times, she rebooted the phone and it went back to E. She then told us that the issue was due to him going over his data plan and that it was not a problem of the phone itself. We have unlimited data and the frustrating thing is that she said it will return to normal the next day because that is when our month recycles. Unsurprisingly it did not and eventually we took it to another T-Mobile at the Orchard and they quickly helped us get him a new phone because it was in fact defective. Again, unless you are patient and have the capacity to deal with the untrained employees and the rubbish management, this T-Mobile is not a good place to get service.

Had major issues from the get go. The person behind the counter ported my number out too fast so I lost 5 years of photos. 24000 pictures of friends of mine that have past and cannot be recovered. I had asked him to wait until I backup everything on my previous phone but he went ahead and ported my number out anyway. The next time we were in the store about ancissue my phones antenna and data usage. There was a guy behind the counter who claimed to be the store manager and refused to give us to a supervisor we later found out he lied about his name and his position, he flipped us off after asking me and my girlfriend to leave the store simply because we had screenshots of the coverage map they showed us in order to get our business. as soon as I pulled out the screenshots( attach the screenshot of the coverage map below this is what got the manager so angry with us) we showed him the picture of what coverage map we were shown before we agreed 2 service he pulled up one on his computer that showed something completely different) soon as we start in the spring shot he became very unhappy very uneasy and started getting very frustrated. That is when he asked us to leave this store and put this off in the process then tried to put notes on our account that we were irate customers We called T-Mobile and Ive had much better luck with the customer service over the phone. they even gave us a $50 bill credit for the mistake made by the store manager / not store manager. T-Mobile company has been working very hard to get our service working in a place that really doesnt have great signal 3 hours from Denver after some adjustments and upgrades we do have good signal at home although we have to run a 4G LTE hotspot through our home internet so we did have to go out and pay for internet service in order to get it to work but thats something we were going to do anyway. to sum it all up we will never be returning to the Bradburn store and dont recommend anyone else does either there are plenty of other locations with much more friendly, knowledgeable, and professional people working in-store.

I have nothing good to say about this location. I went in there to upgrade a phone for my husband - we were ready to complete the transaction until the sales person told me what the monthly charge was going to be - it was supposed to be $21.23 and she said it would be around $33 a month. i questioned it because the price was less than when i bought mine but the monthly charge was higher. she wouldnt explain why the cost was so high, so I requested we cancel the transaction. After a little back and forth, we were told the contract was cancelled and the money would be refunded to our credit card. 6 weeks later, I see on my phone bill - a charge for a phone that i do not have in my possession. I checked the credit card - the charge was never voided out. I just spent 2 hours on the phone with customer service at tmobile - and find out that the manager did not cancel the contract. i was sent a copy - there was a signature for the contract, no signature for the credit card - it was at that time, that we decided to back out of the transaction - and no disclosure pages with the higher charges that they tried to push on us. What is so maddening about this whole incident - i went to another tmobile store within 20 minutes of leaving this location - off of 104th and 36th - and purchased the phone with no issues and at the correct installment price. tmobile customer service will get this resolved for me so i appreciate their help. I will never go back to this location - i feel they deliberately tried to defraud me just to get a sale.
