After 19 years with Verizon/Cellular One, we came to the conclusion that they just werent appreciative of the $275 we sent them every month and decided to shop around. We settled on T-Mobile because they were buying out Verizon contracts and my research showed that the coverage was every bit as good around Denver metro as Verizon. We were concerned about out of town though, we have a daughter in Crested Butte on our plan and didnt want to leave her with spotty coverage. The T-Mobile test drive allowed us to take an iPhone 5s for a week and over Thanksgiving we went to Crested Butte and found that with a Verizon and T-Mobile phone next to each other in the car there was definitely less coverage out in the boonies but not that much less. In Crested Butte we had no issues in town or on the mountain. So we wound up in the T-Mobile store on the north side of Colfax at Denver West (14413 Colfax Avenue, not the mall store.) We were moving 5 lines and were spread out and could not all come in at the same time, our Crested Butte phone would have to be shipped. Jesus, Phil, and the new store manager Frank all bent over backwards to make sure this all happened for us. Everything they promised they delivered. And they even threw in some nice extras (car chargers, phone cases.) I really recommend these guys, they took great care of us and DO appreciate the business!

I have an older T Mobile phone that I bought on ebay and a T Mobile account. Yesterday, 3 or 4 calls went straight to voicemail. I happened to be near this location, so I asked them for help. They checked my account, then they did something to my phone. A friend of mine that is knowledgeable about computers and phones said that he reset the network, or something like that; a really simple procedure. Then he told me that a T Mobile phone really works best on their network, and that I should get one (Remember, I have a T Mobile phone). Then he tried to tell me that they were switching over to G5 and that I really should get this other phone for $145. So they were just sooo eager to sell me a phone that Im going to look for a higher rated T Mobile store next time I want a new phone or tablet.

This location or the sales guys add things to your account that you didnt ask for to increase there sales. This has happened to me 3 times now at this store.. They are either completely retarded or intentionally scamming and adding things without your knowledge... Or at least until you get your bill and wonder why its way more than it should be. Thankfully Tmobile customer service is much better now and the promptly fixed and credited my account. Dont use this store, go to the company store inside the mall across the street!

This is by far the worst customer service I have ever received. I was sold a more expensive screen protector under the guise that it had a lifetime guarantee. Of course I had a problem with it and when I went in they would not help me. It was awful. I had to contact the company directly and then ended up paying to have it switched out. I have had terrible customer service each of the last 3 times I have been in. T-mobile and this location in particular are awful as far as customer service goes.

This store doesnt care about customers or even answers the phone when corporate calls. They have caused us to get our ordered insurance phone 2 months late because they didnt follow through on their end. They play the blame game and send you in loops because they dont want to deal with people. Go to any other location.

Great customer service. Ryan, the manager at the time, was patient with me and took the time to get me into the right phone. (Love my LGV10.) There is little to no wait time and the location is convenient for those of us who live in the mountains. Im happy with the company too and the plans they offer.
