Went in and bought a phone charger from them in mid October because mine quit working. Was sold one that had a "lifetime replacement" on it. The salesman specifically sold me this one because it was an awesome deal. I specifically asked how to go about doing the return. He said all I had to do was bring in the charger, my receipt, and they would just hand me a replacement. So less than 2 months later the charger doesnt work anymore. It wont charge on any of the phones in our home.(Had to make sure it was the charger and not the phone) So I take the charger AND my receipt in and am told they dont do warranties in the store anymore. I needed to send my charger out to the manufacturer for the warranty. I am totally cool with that EXCEPT the fact that it was sold to me as stated above. "Bring it in and we will just hand you a replacement." I go home, send the stupid $30 charger off to the manufacturer, who later sends me back a letter that it isnt covered by warranty because..... "It got wet." Of course it did. Thats the go to cause for anything phone related. I wont ever buy a product from any Diamond Wireless again. I knew it sounded too good to be true, and I was right. I can buy a charger for $7 at ACE hardware, while supporting local business, that last just as long.

By far the best Verizon experience I have EVER had. I, along with many absolutely dread going into Verizon for the lack of good customer service you are bound to receive. However, I went in for an upgrade and Anthony and Christian were there to assist in everything I needed. They went above and beyond to make sure I was receiving fantastic service and getting the most for my money and time. It also helps that these two actually have fabulous personalities and they made the whole time I was there humorous and fun. Christian has been there for a long time and Anthony is new but I highly recommend both of them! They will be sure to take great care of you and provide you with the BEST service Verizon has to offer. Make sure you only go in when they are there!!

The 2 guys working there on a Sunday didnt know anything except that Verizon has the best network... The commercials told him that. I asked about if my T-mobile phone would work on Verizon (I need to change over), he kept saying that it needed to be unlocked (it already is - and T-Mobile will unlock any phone when requested). But he didnt know what G3 or G2 was on Verizon. I asked about CDMA on G2 or G3 working on the T-Mobile phone, but did not know what GSM or CDMA was. Dont they teach them anything at these stores to qualify them to sell the service? I will call Verizon or go to the Hover store to see if they can help me.

Diamond Wireless Verizon is Longmont, CO provides the best wireless and cell phone service! Today I worked with Jose Terrazas and he was wonderful -- knowledgeable, patient, smart! His approach was solution-focused and he got me the best deal! Frankly, I dont know why anyone in the Boulder/Longmont area would go to a regular Verizon store when they can get such excellent service at the Diamond Wireless Verizon store in Longmont! Thank you Jose!

The most lowest experience ever they make fun of disabled people manager will cover up for employers yea real good verizion keeps proving they lie evertime I will stay with cricket then ever be with people that make fun of disabled people you think you may be a vet or a child or something happened to you they have no right to speak on it stuck to your jobs

I had the most helpful experience at this diamond wireless store, they had better customer service than ANY other phone retail outlet i have EVER been to, i want to give extra thanks and if i could give more than 5 stars i would give 15 stars to elias ibarra he provided the best customer service i have experience anywhere ever

Best experience Ive ever had at a Verizon my sales rep Carlos helped me get the best deal and help me lower my bill I will keep coming back for years to come if hes around if you have had a bad experience you probably have never bin to any other verizon or complain to often 5 out of 5
