I looked for a new battery and charger online for my ten year old phone, and sure enough Batteries + had them at the best price and in-stock, so I placed the order. Thankfully, my local B+ called me before I ran down there, to tell me the stock would be shipped out from out-of-state, and I could pick it up in 5 days, saving me inconvenience and disappointment. He gave me the option of cancelling the order, though I decided to wait. Five days later, my local B+ came through and my old camera is working again. Kudos to my local B+, but the on-line delivery time should be made more transparent.

I went here to have my phone screen replaced after I dropped it a little while back. A very knowledgeable employee "Phillip" really helped me out get the best price to get it fixed. He even helped me out with some other problems I was having with my phone. Not only that, they stand behind their work. I had a problem with my screen after it was fixed and with in the hour it was back to me good as new no fuss or fight. They take good care of their customers and the give them very high marks for customer service.

I hadnt known Batteries Plus was even in the shopping center, but when my battery went dead in my Audio Book device, I spotted the sign. A delightful young lady pointed out the best price for a AAA battery was to by 18, so I bought them. When I asked about the recycling policy, she taught me about the various types of batteries in a confident manner that didnt make me feel like I was asking a dumb question. A very positive experience!

First things first, this store does have great customer service and has treated me great with some various purchases I have made in the past though I do have a word of warning. Their prices can be outrageous. I needed some button cell batteries for a bicycle light. These guys wanted $20 for 4 batteries. I ended up finding a four pack of the same name brand batteries at king soopers for $4.99! Great service but questionable prices!

Awesome service! Went in to have my screen and battery replaced on my IPhone 6, came back about an hour and a half later just to be safe. Even though they were out of the battery, they billed me for it so I could come back when they got more batteries in to replace it. Shout out to Phillip for repairing my remote on my key fob for free!

I went to Batteries Plus on Friday morning, Nov. 25 to get a new battery for my Samsung cellphone. Phillip assisted me in getting the proper battery. Phillip has exceptional customer service skills. He was very knowledgeable about batteries. Phillip is an asset to the company!
