I have been to this store a few times trying to take care of a phone that was not living up to its specifications. Every visit resulted in a 30 minute wait before even being acknowledged. The attendants had no idea who to help next and therefore helped the pushiest customer first ( not me ) And after that could not offer any real advice or help and recommended me to the website or phone support even before I could get my question out. Their knowledge on the phones is severely limited. They could not answer basic questions like what has been upgraded in the newest version of a phone. Dont waste your time going in to the store and handle your questions through t-mobiles website. Which is also a huge waste of time, but maybe the lesser of two evils.

Typical big box store with paid commissions. If they arent going to make money from helping you they would rather watch youtube videos. went in with a phone that didnt seem to be working. I asked if they could test it by trying a new module piece where the microphone is. The said they can open a new one. When I suggested just rying the one from the model they said that it is too much work to turn the alarm on that phone off. I used to work in a cell phone store and know all you have to do is insert the key and put to off position. They are too lazy to help their existing customers. no wonder amazon is much cheaper and easier. Also COSTCO people actually tried this and helped me. I will go to Costco kiosk next time.

I was Promised a free phone on a promotion they charged me $400 for it. I have called 18 times I was told on three occasions I would receive a credit for the balance, now the store manager of THIS location has told me that unless I recorded the employee telling me that it would be free they will keep my money. THIS store stole $400 bucks from me. I have no recourse cause they dont care about BBB since they already score an F and I didnt record the sales person.

Re: T-Mobile Retail location 72nd & Sheridan. Did not have too wait long to be assisted. Sales representatives are knowledgeable, quick and helpful as well as make you feel welcome (not like it is a hassle to help out as experienced at other locations). This is also a full store from what I am told; not an express location. Meaning they have a better stock of accessories and equipment.

The customer service I received from Luis was exceptional. My current phone was not working and Luis was very helpful, professional, patient and courteous! When my phone finally turned back on he was completely understanding and did not pressure me to purchasing the new phone. I will ultimately return to see him when I am ready for a new phone!

Of the many tmobile joints I have been to I never leave disappointed when I leave this one. I usually dont have to wait long to get assistance. And everyone I have talked to there has been super friendly and just plain amazing. They dont push sales they listen to what I have to say and they HELP!

Rudy, who I worked with in my first experience was very helpful and provided great customer service. Another gentleman, whose name is escaping me, was very sarcastic, and did not provide me with clear information. Hit or miss with this store I suppose.

Excellent service. Store was packed. They handled it great & once it was my turn, the salesman (a guy named cullen) helped me out so much without making me feel rushed. He saved me a few hundred dollars & was so kind & patient!
