I came into this branch needing to setup 6 lines and move from one company over to Verizon. It was not going to be a simple transition due to us having devices and trying to port numbers. Vinh was so amazing!!! He worked with me to get everything figured out and never lost patience or became frustrated. It took a few hours to get my family all squared away and I couldnt be happier that I have changed to Verizon. I will also only come back to this branch for anything I need because of the amazing service I received!! Thank you so much Vinh for everything you did and for working so hard to get us squared away!!
