Use the Richardson store at your own risk! They refuse to be accountable for damage they cause. The owner does not reply to phone messages or phoned-in feedback and the online Chat tried to load the JS/Exploit-Blacole.gc Trojan to my PC, but it was blocked by my McAfee antivirus. I had a broken screen replaced on my daughters Samsung Galaxy S3 on a Friday for $99.99. The phone was available within an hour; good response! However, there was sticky glue oozing around the edges of the screen that could be easily wiped away, but the phone appeared to be working. Over the next 2 days glue continued to ooze around the edge of the screen and the display became distorted and would not respond to touches. On Monday the screen would not come on, glue was still oozing from around the edge of the screen and the glass and LED had come loose and lifted up along the edge of the phone. My daughter took the phone back to the Richardson store, but the technician refused to accept any blame and accused my daughter of tampering with the screen that caused the phone to stop working. My daughter took the phone to a Verizon store technician who noted that glue was still oozing from the edge of the screen and concluded that the screen had been replaced improperly, which caused the LED to come loose and fail. I took the phone back to the Richardson store and was told there was nothing they would do unless I paid an additional $239 for a new LED and screen. I had hoped the owner would have responded so we could work something out, but unfortunately they did not.

Very happy with my service. I dropped my Samsung Galaxy S4 and destroyed the screen. After making a few calls, this was the place with the lowest price for screen replacement. Quality of the work looks top-notch; the phone looks brand new after their work. Minus 1 star cause they sort-of tried to up the price $10 when I got there from what they told me on the phone, but in the end they honored the original price.

Had a great experience ! I went out over the weekend and dropped my BRAND NEW iPhone 7 plus / screen was shattered nonetheless :( was very upset but went to this store and the screen was fixed in no time just like NEW !! Omman is the man behind the scenes who makes it happen! AFFORDABLE AND GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE BEFORE AND AFTER!! Thank you !!! will definitely be recommending friends and family !!!!

Two weeks with no informative call back as to the status of an apparently old Galaxy S4 active, waiting for the customer to call back, just to find a reply that the technicians are unable to replace the sim card / sd card reader due to vendor quality, as the competitor at Fixaphone turned the same around in 45 minutes, later on during the same day.

Proudly typing with my repaired Sony xperia z1s. Only store around that was willing to replace my screen and it was only $99.50 for ordering a new screen and replacing it. Compared to other store who would charge me extra because they didnt know exactly how to replace it I.e. $160

I was a little leery from some of the previous (old) comments, but "AJ" (?) popped the cracked screen on my 5s and had a new one on in less than 10 minutes, and for ~$25 less than the big chain stores. He was friendly and knowledgeable as well - fast convenient and cheap!

Not very knowledgable front staff, but repairs and screen replacements are speedy. Prices are above average for the same device and repair/replacement at other types of shops, but if money isnt an issue then their location is. Its the only shop for 5 sq miles.

Came in with what I thought was a hardware problem with the USB port on my S4 - guy behind the desk determined it was an Android issue, fixed it immediately, didnt charge for it. Couldve easily charged me $40 for the supposed hardware problem and did not.

My new 4s got water damaged which caused the screen to start blacking out. Rescue did water damage treatment and got it working again. Thank you guys. I will tell others if they ever need cell phone repairs.

Do not I repeat do not take your phone to this place! I took my iphone 5 to get the screen fixed and now it doesnt even come on. They are an hour late to open there business. Terrible service!
