I went in to the Waxahachie, TX location for support on my daughters phone. We had just had the phone replaced under the factory LG warranty on 11/20. It was a very easy process. However, the replacement phone, which was a refurbished unit, almost immediately began to have issues with a boot loop at 20% power. My daughter went to the store for assistance with the issue and was simply given the LG customer service number by Josh. This was not the Verizon group that we had previously spoken with. Josh was rude and offered no further help for her. I went to the store to see if I could help get the previous number, and again Josh was very rude, made no attempts to listen or understand that the LG group was not who we had spoken with previously. He made no attempts to connect us with Verizon or the insurance policy provider that we purchased with the phones. He finally refused to help any further and walked away to the back of the store. Josh id the most unprofessional person I have encountered in the Waxahachie location. I will not be returning to any Cellular sales locations.

After much deliberation, I opted to leave a longtime carrier of 10+ years and choose Verizon Wireess as my new cellular provider. From the initial telephone inquiry with Manager, Bryson Brown, I must say that I know I made the right choice. In fact, I am extremely pleased with my decision to switch to Verizon. Although I was excited to learn that they are Americas Largest and Most Reliable Network, the most important thing (of value) to me is quite simply Premiere Customer Service and I received exemplary service from Bryson and his staff during my visit, of which I purchased two reputable devices. Not only was I treated like a valued first-time Customer, I was assured that this kind of exceptional service would continue far beyond the initial purchase. This matters a great deal to me because I want to feel confident in knowing that my wireless provider will continue to offer support when things dont go quite as well. Salesperson was very friendly and didnt have to wait an excessive amount of time to be helped. Problem is salesperson sold me a family plan with 20Gb to share, paperwork I initialed shows this clearly, but after I left the store and a few days had passed I checked my account I had a 10Gb to share on my account. Went back to question the 10Gb vs 20Gb and was told the salesperson was wrong and there was nothing they could do to help me. So, after switching out 2 phones, completely changing my plan, I was stuck with a 10Gb plan instead of the unlimited data I had previously. Tried to escalate my problem to someone above the store employees and was told I would get a callback within 72 hours, 10 days later I am writing this review. I have done business at this store for many years and WILL NEVER GO BACK. If you go to this store be very careful what they are selling you as it may end up not being what they say.

Worst shopping experience of my life!!!!! Just another case of those independent retailers using temps so they can save a buck. Be ready to waste at least 2 hours hoping to see one of their salesmen with nasty attitudes, no desire to help, and will no doubtly know little about phones other then how to collect the money for the bill. Just like a car dealership, customer service is next to zero. Salesmen wont even look at you unless youre buying the most expensive phone with all the extra features, and even then theyll try to sell you something on top of that. Im sorry guys but $1,200 deposit, $300 per iPhone, and $300/month is a bit too much. Not to mention the HUGE deadzone around the Maypearl area and its surroundings, where ATT has been working fine for the last 20 years.

Best experience Ive had at a verizon wireless store! Not only did she help me find the perfect phone for me by asking alot of questions. She also made sure to transfer all my contacts and pictures, helped me put my email accounts back on my phone, and even put my screen protector on! Oh and she actually showed me how to work it and neat tricks to my new G2! Best service I have ever received! All I had to do was sit back while Devinne put my new phone together for me! She even gave me her phone number in case I had any questions. I have never seen a store or person take that much time and effort to make sure I was good to go when I left the store. I will never go to another store or sales person again!

Having never owned a smart phone and limited use on the computer I was quite nervous about getting a new phone and changing carriers (I had been with Sprint for many years) but I am certainly glad that I did. I have had the best experiences with sales representative Lauren Del Scerda from the Waxahachie store. She from the first chance meeting during my lunch break at a very stressful job I was quickly put at ease and informed/educated in a personable professional matter of the options available. I have continued to seek Lauren with my tele-communication needs because I know that the customer service will exceed my expectations. I highly recommend Lauren at the Waxahachie store.

Ive never had a customer service experience like I did with Mickey and Sam. They were extremely knowledgeable about all of the phones, but more importantly, the customer service I felt from them was incredible. This store didnt always have the best reputation and just within the hour I spent there, they had multiple regular customers come in (one to just say hello!). I know their job is based off of commission but they are two of the very few left that make sure to be putting the customer first. Great experience and I will be telling everyone about it. Two thumbs up to Mickey and Sam! Outstanding!!

I went to the Waxahachie Verizon store and waited and waited for someone to help me, and no one even acknowledged that I was there or even said "Ill be with you in a moment." Ive heard others report the same thing. I called Verizons toll-free number and got my new Droid in 2 days. Why bother with the store when Verizons website and customer support do a better job. Oh, and while I was waiting at the store, I heard one of the employees arguing with someone on the phone saying that she should have read her contract and all. He was rude and sounded shadey.

Mickey contacted me to improve our plan as well as to get my Husbands phone upgraded. We made an appointment went in and got it done. Mickey has since followed up and is watching for an iPhone promotion for me since I purchased the 6s and then within a couple of months the 7 came out. Very happy with the service and attention we have received thru the process. Will be checking in with him periodically to find out if we can do better on our plan, but I suspect he will call me first.

Verizon is rated #1 By consumer reports........I left att and my I-phone, I dropped 5 to 10 calls a day in the Waxahachie area. There is no perfect phone service, but Verizon has been great to me. I got their new Unlimited Talk and Text for $59.99...I will take no coverage in a area I never go to for a value like this..I also got a Droid Free after mail in rebate....So if you want great service and value I would bother getting Verizon...
