I took my phone to this location 2 weeks ago and upgraded and had the best experience ever. However this past weekend I took the phone back and got an iPhone. The guy I dealt with was very rude from the beginning. He had a bad attitude and every answer was short like he didnt care to help. Before resetting the phone to give back to him I asked him if it was okay to reset it if my sd card was still in there. He said yes. Well it turns out all my pictures on my sd card are gone! Pictures I will never get back. Pictures of my 18 year old nephew that passed away that Ill never have again. I am so frustrated bc if it wasnt for that mans attitude maybe he would have cared more and paid closer attention. Ive never had a bad experience here before and it saddens me that i ended up having one

Went in to upgrade my phone as Ive been having trouble with mine. Girl who "helped" was the least helpful associate Ive ever encountered in an AT&T store in almost 20 years. Did not want to answer questions, rolled her eyes when my husband brought a case for a different model phone, when I had enough I said nevermind and walked out. Manager, Troy, followed us out, asked what problem was. After telling him what happened, he said thanks for feed back and just wanted to be sure current phone was working because Service was suspended while she was working with us. As a manager I feel he should have asked us to return and let himself or another associate help, his lack of customer service makes her lack more understandable.

Nice store, but very busy sometimes. The first time I went in after 5 mins of waiting in line to get on the waiting list I left, but that was during peak hours. Next time I stopped by a little earlier and they got to me right away, were super helpful, and patient with me dealing with cranky little children.

The staff at this store are very friendly and they also work hard to give you the best quality service and they will get you anything.
