Battery dead Thursday evening. Got jump start Friday morning from Amica. Ordered a battery on-line while roadside assistance was on the way. 20 minutes later, the car was started and Batteries+ e-mailed that the battery was ready to pick up. Drove there. Had to wait 5 minutes while the attendant finished installing another battery. He checked my old battery and found it was down to 69 CCA, recorded a credit for the old battery, gave me an invoice, and installed the new Duracell. All in 10 minutes. Only thing he could have down better is vacuum out the battery well (lots of oak leaves). I had to do that when I got home. Very pleasant experience, if dead batteries can be pleasant. Next time I will try to pay attention to hard starts.

I bought a new battery for my car the other night and the service was great. He installed my new battery for me, tested the old to confirm it was bad and refunded my core charge. When my car started showing an error on the dash he helped my check everything out, including the alternator. The error went away the next morning. Very pleased with the price and the service. Ill probably do this again for my next battery.

Have an old battery up desk clock, needed an odd battery. Since the battery marking was worn, I have been looking for a replacement for years. Guys at Batteries Plus looked at the battery, went to their rack, grabbed a new battery and dropped it into the clock. Great group of folks at Batteries Plus. Thanks.
