Its about the service. I can get a battery cheaper at the big box store. My car fob was needing a new battery. I could take it out at home to see what size I needed, put it back in so I could start the car and drive to buy another battery, go home and replace the old with the new. And if there was still a problem? If the battery wasnt the issue? At Batteries Plus, they tested the old battery, replaced it and tested that the fob worked. All in a couple of minutes.

Horrible Customer Service!! Got my iPhone screen repaired here and the whole screen came unglued after 1.5 months. I took it back to show them and they refused to cover it under warranty, because it had previously been replaced at apple (before they fixed it,) it violated any warranty they would offer. This was clearly a defective fix on their part; the entire screen came unglued. They kindly offered to replace the screen again, at full cost. No thanks!

Great customer service. I was very surprised both of my tool battery packs were repaired under warranty. Seems like everyone is looking for reasons to not take care of the customer these days. Im very happy Batteries Plus took care of the failure. Its changed my opinion on recommending rebuilds at Batteries Plus.
