Do not shop at this store. They will try to con you. Stopped by Sunday April 6, 2014 and the sales rep is a conman. Tried to sell me the highest priced T-mobile plan when he knew I was switching from ATT and had 10GB plan with 4 phones from ATT. Apples for apples it would have cost me $80 more than ATT per month for 4 phones what he was trying to sell me. T-Mobile train your sales rep to treat the customer with dignity. T-mobile plans are competitive but this will not help if your sales reps are con artists.

I was very disappointed with the services from this store. I just switched from ATT yesterday and went to this store this morning to transfer data from my old ATT to the T-Mobile. I was the first customer to walk into the store this morning, and it took the tech almost 2 hours to finish this simple data transfer for my phones, because she was jumping around with other customers hoping to generate other sales instead of finishing my service requested first.

I went in cause i was having problems with my phone it was pretty old so i knew i would probably need to buy a new one, Christopher helped me and he really cared about what was important to me in a phone, he suggested i get the sensation cause it was a new phone that would do everything i needed it to and more. I love my new phone and I will always go back and ask for Chris he really knows what he is talking about and is very nice and friendly.
