Metro PCS just isnt good. The stores are lame. The employees are lame. The selection is lame and they dont even carry styluss for the phones they sell. Accessories selection is a joke. They are out of inventory constantly. I bought a phone there less than a year ago and they have already stopped stocking cases for it. This place is incompotent on a good day. This is true of ALL their locations. And forget getting any of your stuff transferred from your old phone to your new phone. Most of it never gets copied over and you lose tons of stuff. You end up having to rebuild your address book from scratch. Trust me. Before you discard your old phone, be sure to copy all of your important info to your computer so you can download it to your new phone yourself. No one at Metro PCS is going to get it done for you.

Ive been sitting here since 9am and its almost 9:30 now. The store is still not open. This is probably the straw that... UNBELIEVABLE, UNACCEPTABLE, AND TOTALLY IRRESPONSIBLE! !!!! Pretty sad when you post a review about yourself that you come nowhere close to living up to.

Hours claim to open at 9:00 am Monday through Friday. Its Monday, and its 9:15. Thanks for wasting my time. I should have waited for my local Metro PCS that opens at 10:00. I hope that tardiness is not a habitual occurrence for this location, this business will fail if so.
