Im a former Verizon wireless customer who xferred my service to AT&T on May 1st. Since May 1st Ive been running around different Verizon locations simply trying to get my final itemized bill. No one could assist me. Last night, I stopped by this location and met with Misty Hoover. She went ABOVE AND BEYOND to make sure my issue was resolved. She contacted customer care/billing on my behalf and got me my itemized bill, and even went a step further to ensure my complaints were logged with Verizon. I would convert back to Verizon ONLY because of the customer service offered to me by Misty. Verizon should put her in charge of customer service! She needs to be rewarded and recognized in the company!

This store is a MUST VISIT! The wireless expert named Anthony Saras helped my business add a few lines and complete upgrades. He handled this with an unbiased opinion and gave true facts about the devices. He also was very honest and thorough throughout this tedious process. All the staff were very friendly including the Store Manager Antonio! This is a great store with great staff I am excited to be building a relationship with this store. The staff was very nice and pleasant, and was very good at building rapport with myself, which is important for success in business. I would recommend that Verizons back office support could give the store staff better support. Our experience took 2 days to complete, but that was on the back office, not this staff. Good store to go to.

Abraham and Justin helped me with upgrading my service plan. Their customer service was so great I decided to another screen cover for my phone. I didnt want to spend the money on another cover but those guys really helped me out with their patience because I couldnt remember my pin.
