Very bad experience!!!!!!!! Dropped off the phone to get repaired. I was promised it will be ready the next day. I went back the next day and it was still not ready and I was promised the following day. Went back again the third day and still iphone not repaired. Not only that but also the store was supposed to be open 10:30. I went by 11 oclock and me and five others sat there and waited till almost 11:15 when the store was opened. No respect to peoples time and no respect to promised delivery and no care attitude whatsoever. There are plenty of phone repair places around trust me take your business somewhere else

I took my iPhone to this location to repair my iPhones battery this guy took my money and didnt fix a damn thing, he said he repaired the battery, but he lie. Not only my battery problem was still the same after I picked up my iPhone that same day. but I couldnt t even use my phone anymore,because this guy damage my iPhones motherboard trying to get the battery out, or whatever he did with my phone. Now my phone is trash and I have to get a new one. A simple fix turned disaster. I will not recommend this place to anybody. Take your iPhone and money elsewhere. Or you will regret it.

I did not know what to expect. Never had the problem before. My wife broke the screen of her iPhone 6, literally shattered it. Did a search for an iPhone repair place near my home and found this business. Mr. Mazhar was at the counter. Greeted me, explained his pricing and told me to return in an hour. In one hour my wifes iPhone looked brand new with a new screen. I dont normally write reviews. But in this case, this business did a great job at repairing the iPhone. Well worth the price and time. If I have this problem again I would go here with out doubt.

Had to get my iPhone 5S screen replaced. This was the only place I could find that had the actual prices listed on the website. Other places you had to call or go in for an appointment just to get a price. Was also the cheapest place I could find in the area for what I was looking for. Easy to locate store with comfortable waiting area. The owner quoted me 20 minutes for the replacement but had it done in 10 minutes. Super fast, easy, and affordable with quality parts. Will definitely recommend to others. - Grant

Ipad screen fixed. Screen not glued down properly and lifts on the sides, letting in dirt and dust. Home button either not mine or damaged by heat gun (rippled texture on surface) and pry marks. When screen is switched off, evaporated cleaning solution is visible on glass underneath screen that cant be wiped off. When I went back he explained what happened but never offered a solution. Also, never received a phone call upon completion. It was done when I called a few days later. He had the correct phone number.

Called and asked if they could fix my phone (Lg G3) and was told yes, it will be done tomorrow. So I drove to the location and presented my phone and asked how long will it take to fix it and was told "tomorrow." I said "fine, what time tomorrow" and the attendant responded "we have to order the part, it will take 3 days." WHAT?! Tomorrow does not equal 3 days! So I left.

I went in on Sunday with a smashed screen on my iphone...They were very attentive, gave me a fair quote and told me they could not get to it until Monday, but it would be ready for pick up then. When I showed up after work, the phone was ready, looked good as new and there was no change to the quote. I would highly recommend this shop!!!

Had an iPhone 5 cracked screen fixed here. Quick and very reasonable price. I think it was $60 to get the screen replaced. Unfortunately, a few weeks later our teenager got it rather wet, and we were told there is nothing that can be done. He didnt try to upsell us into anything unnecessary. Seems honest and know what hes doing..

Very Fast!!! Excellent Service!!! Great quality!!! We always take our devices here, and will continue to do so. So I thought, now my phone is dialing numbers on its own, clicking on links, it keeps going back on web pages. And the best part, the the bottom half of my touch screen does not work!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This is my second time with them and the first went well.. the second not so much. My screen wasnt fully placed in and then it cracked without me dropping it or messing with it. When i called they said that i had to pay for it all over again because it was cracked, yet the reason it was cracked is because of them.

I changed the screen glass of my iphone6 at wireless place. They did a beautiful job. The owner was very nice and welcoming. Their prices are very fair. They saved me 30 dollars compared with other places. I highly recommend to use wireless place for buying your cell phones or your cell phone repair needs.

Fairly priced repair place! I came in twice to get my screen fixed but the proper screen was not in stock so I had to wait a few days but the guy was nice enough to give me a discount. Also gives a free screen protector if you write a review, which is a deal going on right now. Recommend this place

Took my iPhone 6 in for repair today. Inquired as to cost and time to repair. Was quoted $65+tax and 30 min. time frame. Repair was perfect, and completed in almost half the time quoted. I hope I dont require another screen anytime soon, but if I do, I would definitely return to this establishment.

Jimmy is a phenomenal businessman! I shopped all over Plano for a better price and he beat everyone else by at least 30 dollars. Fast, efficient, and friendly. If you need an iPhone screen replaced Id go here and only here, no questions asked!!! Couldnt find better service and prices anywhere

Called in and was quoted the exact prices listed on the website for repairs to an Iphone 6 screen and LCD replacement, brought the phone in and was instructed to return in an hour and the phone was done as promised! No complaints and a fast and positive experience.

Mazar was great. My manager at work directed me to him. My iPhone screen was shattered. Took about 20 minutes to make it look brand new again. And price was VERY reasonable. Reasonable as in, about half of what others charge. Go check hike out. You wont regret it!
