Be careful with your phone. My s4 Samsung all its need was replace the clear glass( not the led screen) do to this job it no more than 20 minutes, it took them 2:30pm to 8:05 pm. The guy told me that, my led screen was bad, or maybe the mother board something went wrong. I told him " look ! Dude Im not stupid ! When I brought the phone where, it working find and you did tried it. After you replaced the clear glass no it doesnt work. He said, well.. Well replace the new Led screen for you. No charge. But still believed that, they stole my original led screen and put it to same other needed phone sell them for Damn price, and BS me that some thing wrong with my phone.

Horrible. I was trying to get my screen replace for my sony z1s and theyve done just that. The problem: horrible job. The screen cracked out of no where and i can see light coming off the sides of the screen. They tried to solve the problem by putting glue on the phone which made it even worse. i want a refund or get the screen replace again. Update: i got an refunded. and the phone is now trash now. Given extra 2 stars for taking responsibility. Thanks. And I know that sony phone are hard to fix.

I thought I lost all my data. I could not access my phone and I was in a bit of a panic. I drive from Desoto to North Garland off Jupiter road and I am so happy I did. They had my phone fixed in under 30 minutes. They are pros at what they do. Shop is clean and organized. Nice to do business with people of intregity and honesty! Call them for help! their building smells like something died in it the moment you walk in the door. the guy told me it takes 2 hours to fix phones i came back & they told me that they couldnt fix my phone when i waited all that time for NOTHING when i came in several times asking if it was readyafter the 2 hours they are very unprofessional & rude people & they will let people jump infront of you while yall are talking wouldnt recommend this place to anyone!!!!!!

Tony takes care of all my cellphone parts. They do the best work on refurbishing cell phone screens for me and they are my best parts providers in all of dallas. Prices are lower than even the shmucks on Harry Hines and they guarantee all their work. Out of 100 iPhone screens I order, 2 will be defective...thats saying something for a local shop. Dont bother with eBay parts..These guys really are top notch.thankyou

I cant tell you how awesome this place is! They fixed my Galaxy Note 5 screen in an hour. Only $14 more than the Samsung place - where I had to wait an HOUR just for them to tell me they didnt have the part in stock. I was quoted much more at other places I called, so Cellular Zone is a bargain. These guys rock and they are so nice. I cant recommend highly enough, I would give them 10 stars if I could.

Unlike the 4 other places that I called, they KEEP PARTS IN STOCK SO THEY CAN FIX THE PHONE THE SAME DAY. They have a great sense of humor and the guy was extremely helpful as I had 3 small kids with me. He did the transaction fast, put my phones in the cases, and was very friendly with me kids as they...acted like kids. They have a life-long customer.

We really have no idea how much we need our phones when they break. Poor service for a repair for my wifes iphone 7. The guy told me take to 2 days fix phone and they called me when done, but they never called back me, when I call , I see a girl. she told me my phone good work but when i came back, omg she told me that they couldnt fix. Terible, too bad service
