Not the best experience. I knew what I wanted but the process took too long. Purchase of 2 iPhones shouldnt take that long. I decided to let them put on a screen protector that was glass. The protector broke and cut my hand within 48 hours but they didnt want to help and pushed me off to the manufacturer of the protector that can take up to a month for a replacement. I just figured since I purchased the product there and let them install it they would back it up if something happened within just a few days. It would have been easy to swap out a new protector but they decided not to do it, Ill take my iPhone family somewhere else next time.

Good location. The staff is knowledgeable and helpful though there seems to always be a significant wait for service. Also, its a decent sized store but they have very little merchandise in stock, mostly a few cases and cords with some demo phones. If youre looking for accessories, you are probably better off online.
