DO NOT GET VERIZON!!! My Samsung Galaxy S6 screen started turning purple then completely turned black, couldnt use it anymore in less than a few hours. I went to Verizon store in Mckinney, and they said they would not give me a replacement phone, not even temporary. They said I would have to go through customer service for the warranty, and wait for them to even see if it would be covered under warranty then wait more, 5-7 business days for a replacement phone. I dont have 5-7 days to wait for another phone. I need a phone now, I dont have a lanline. They said the only other option was to buy a new phone for $700. And I didnt even do anything to cause this issue, I woke up to the screen turning purple. They asked if it got wet; no it didnt. I know there is something wrong with the phone because the same thing happened to my brother today with his Galaxy S6!! And again, Verizon told him the same thing and made him pay $600 for a temporary phone until he gets the replacement phone in 5-7 days, which is ridiculous!!! They need to have temporary phones available for emergencies like this, and not charge your customers $600-700 for an obvious phone malfunction that was not caused by mishandling, dropping or getting wet. People rely heavily on their phones to work. Come on Verizon, you need to improve on customer service!!!

Customer for more than two years. Changed to no-contract monthly billing. Got treated like dirt over and over since changing. Got billed for and old Tablet I closed the contract on and they decided to turn back on without my agreement ($75). Will probably NEVER get that money back. Nut, Ive been told that I should get a check in a couple of months. Im not holding my breath. They HATE customers that want to reduce their bill by going to a less expensive plan. I finally got so sick of them that I left. DO NOT GO HERE. SAVE YOURSELF THE AGGRAVATION AND MONEY. Go to another carrier that has a better record on customer service. Even paying more is worth not dealing with these people. The girl at AT&T store use to work at this store and said she left because the management is terrible. And I believe her.

This store used to have friendly customer service people, now the representatives in here treat you horrible. They are arrogant, rude, dis-interested in what you need and ONLY interested in getting you to sign up for their "FREE" tablets which are valued about $150 or less, but with their $10.00 per month access charge for 2 years and their $35.00 activation fee, they actually cost more than double what you could buy it for at Walmart. My last two experiences in this store they were rude, disrespectful and cocky. I will never return to the store on Central Expressway in McKinney and suggest you dont either. Ive been a Verizon customer for close to 10 years, Im a teacher and have a Bachelors degree. I would not give them one more second of my business due to their representatives at this store.

i told them what was wrong with my phone from day 1 but they argued. had me buy a new batt. didnt help. new charger. didnt help. finally got me a replacement. told the lady it wouldnt program. she said she didnt know if she could do it because "steve might get mad at me." like who is steve anyways... so professional. lol. finally did it. then internet didnt work and she said "oooh mmm mm guurl i don;t know how you gots there. what did you push? "internet""mmm gurl i dint tell you to push no internet.." like FOR REAL. hahaha it just got worse. whatevs.taking it to a different store next time. its not verizon its the WOMEN IN THIS STORE NEED TO BE TRAINED. The new guy was more helpful than the other two. i STILL have phone problems and ive been back and forth for TWO WEEKS because they are lazy.

THESE PEOPLE WILL HOOK YOU UP. I see only bad reviews on here and I dont understand why. These guys treated me like the prodigal son from the bible that ran off and spent his inheritance to tmobile and they welcomed me with open arms. They were beyond nice and comforting to me. If you dont want to get screwed when it comes to payments and phone prices in general, go to this store. I enjoyed the realness that the salesman talked to me with. He was honestly out to help me, not verizon and Im sold forever on this store being my regular phone store.

If you want your phone to work everywhere, use Verizon. If you dont care if service is spotty, or it doesnt work when you need it most, go to sprint/Tmobile, Att etc. I am paying more for my service to work when I need it most... Like if my wifes car breaks down at night somewhere. You get what you pay for–bottom line! Delt with these guys a few times. They are way better than Sherman. Avoid that place!

I received excellent customer service from Harrison, a young sales associate at this location. He saved me money by giving helpful advice, instead of waving the corporate banner to increase his sales commission. He was enthusiastic and gave me no less than two high fives as we figured out the proper wireless plan for my family and preorder for the new iPhone.

Just left this store without having anything resolved. After taking my name and telling me no one was ahead of me, I was completely ignored while 3 other customers entered and were waited on. Never again. Ill make the drive to Frisco or Allen from now on.

I was in there a couple of months ago and received excellent service from a gentleman named Scott. I was helped as soon as I walked in, and he was very polite and timely with my visit. Altogether, I was quite pleased with my experience.

Very long wait time. Two workers in the store with 13 customers...smh. Bad customer service and it has always been this way since I been coming here. But believe me, I will not be coming back. This store location need to be closed down.
