I purchased my a Trek Lexa SL road bike in October and have ridden around 750 miles. I came into the store with a lot of questions and was unsure whether to buy a road bike or a fitness bike. Both Bradley and John were extremely patient as they answered many questions and helped me figure out the best bike for my needs. Both helped me look beyond my current skill level to find a bike that would grow with me as a cyclist. The best part of the experience was the care that the staff took in making sure that I had a proper fit. I love my bike and expect to ride many more miles! Since the initial purchase, Trek has been a terrific resource for answering cycling questions and learning more about the sport. I highly recommend the store!

They repaired a wheel for me. The repair was done on time, true to their quote, and with outstanding service. They gave me advice that was suited for my type of riding, without trying to upsell me. Given their demeanor, you would have thought I had just purchased a bike, rather than paid for a minor repair. I get the feeling that they enjoy what they do, and I wish them continued success.

Went in to get my sons mountain bike tuned up. Was quoted $150. WOW. Also please tell your staff to turn off there personal phone while talking with guest so that they are not tempted to take it out of there pocket and check it mid conversation. I am a school teacher trying to teach students that personal cell phones have no place in the work force.

Great customer service. Took parts off a showroom bike to get my bike back running! New wheelset did not have enough clearance through the brakes so they put on new brakes.
