I just bought a Giant bike at a Roll Store a couple weeks ago. The bike just did not shift right and the wheels did not seem to roll easily. I decided to let Dan at Northland re-tune the bike . I had only had 20 miles on it. After working on the bike, he found both wheels were out of true. The front disc brake was bent. Both derailleurs were out of adjustment.The front was dragging on the chain guard. Both disc brakes needed adjustment. The crank bolts were loose. I immediately rode approximately 20 miles on the Olentangy Trail. My bike operated perfectly. What a difference a competent mechanic can make. Dan is the greatest! I am sorry i bought my bike from the Roll Store. Looking back, I should have noticed at the Roll store, the sales person and mechanic seemed to change every day? Think before you buy!

Customer service here is outstanding. The guys are really down to Earth and honest, and will tell you ways you can save money. They will also go above and beyond to help you. The bike selection is decent. I only subtracted one star because the selection of accessories seemed somewhat disorganized and a little lacking.

This place has great prices new and some used also helpful in every aspect. Very cool people even helped me buy a bolt So I DIDNT HAVE TO MAKE A PURCHASE! thats highly unheard of nowdays but I still bought it. I will definitely be back again and again. Oh and they got a pinball machine two.

I might buy a used bike instead, but they have been wonderful thus far, not pressuring me to buy, letting me test drive the bike and asking questions, and they take trade ins and do a little layaway. their prices are good as well. So check them out
