I took my bike to get the bottom bracket replaced and get a tune-up. I was told to call the next day, and when I did the person on the phone said to come in because the bike was ready. When I got there, the "Im better-than-you" owner took a long time to find the bike, and it had not even been looked at yet. So he said hed get to it right away. The very first thing he did was loosen up the handlebars that I worked so hard to get the way I wanted -- why? WHY? Nobody said to mess with the handlebars! OK, so while hes muttering about my "cheap bike" ( I guess hes actually SO good that even when hes being paid to do a simple job hes insulted), he says this will take a while, so I have to go away and come back later. When I do come back, he says he tuned it up and fixed everything and "tightend up" the bottom bracket. What did I know? I wasnt a mechanic, so I figured great. Of course, he didnt replace the bottom bracket as I had asked from the beginning, so as soon as I get out on a trail the thing is clunking away again. And he couldnt resist insulting me again by bitching about "this kickstand is worthless." Really? Hey, when I checked it out, its an adjustable kickstand that needed a little attention. Youre supposed to be a mechanic, so why not just fix the thing? I ended up fixing it myself. In fact, I am now fixing everything on my bike myself. I ended up so frustrated that I went and bought a bike maintenance book, bought some tools, replaced the bottom bracket myself. Guess what? Its a sealed cartridge bracket. Now Im learning to maintain and repair my own bike. This week I replaced a broken spoke and trued the wheel. A few months ago I would have been happy to go pay $20 or $30 to this Music-Man to do what I did for myself for $2.50. I adjusted my front derailler with a half turn of a limiter screw -- another job I would have been paying who knows how much for a mechanic to do. I am confident and happy to be able to do these things myself. So maybe I should thank this guy for motivating me to learn to do it myself?!

I have been a cycling for 30 or more year... in that time only two shops stand out as being so far above the rest it is mind blowing... the first is Gus International Bike Shop in North Hampton New Hampshire and the second is Westerville Bike shop. The crew at Westerville is so knowledgeable and friendly. They sell quality brands and offer honest advice.... if you are looking for fads or gadgets you may have to look elsewhere but if you want/need something that offers form/function to the cycling experience this is the place. Check them out.

Westerville Bike Shop is a bike shop with a small town feel. The proprietor is knowledgable, professional and personable and offers the kind of service that is almost a thing of the past. I recommend Westerville Bike Shop after having purchased 5 or 6 bikes there over the years. I have outfitted my family with bikes from there, and would do so again without hesitation.

I bought my Mom a bike here and the owner was very helpful. I also have had my bike tuned up each year and the entire staff is courteous and professional. I also like supporting the small town local shop owners. This place stands behind what they sell and they offer a one year free service plan that really shows that they believe in their products.

You wont find many honest shops around, who actually know what theyre doing. Ask for Mason and hell fix you right up. He has what you want and need, and if he doesnt have it in stock hell order it for you! They never try to "sell you". I highly recommend you visit the shop, a house-shop, with an upstairs! Its also a Campagnolo Pro Shop!

I was in the market for my third Bianchi. Mason sent me out on 4 test rides on various size frames until I was comfortable with the size before we ordered an Intenso Ultegra. It was delivered In 3 days. He is very personable and professional. Ive dealt with most of the shops in town. This is a real bikers bike shop.

Took my beater of a hard tail mountain bike to have the crank greased. Mason went above and beyond to do some additional repairs at no additional cost. Not only that, he had it done the next day! They are very fast and friendly. I was in and out in about 5 minutes. They also seem to be knowledgable however, they are really over priced. I couldve bought the same item on Amazon 15-30$ less but I payed the marked up price because it was convenient!
