I went in to return some products that didnt fit and the man was very snippy and very rude about it. That alone was enough to never go back but then there was a 15% restocking fee (he said to cover his credit card charges for the sale, but thats crap because if he knew how to work his machine and entered it correctly the credit card company would refund all those charges) ... and someone need to explain how $40.77 is 15% less than 51.54. so lets break it down... the man was nasty to me, then he lied to me and then he stole from me.... I understand that winter may be tough for him owning a summer store, but being an ass to your customers isnt making business better because now I wont go there again, winter or summer.... not smart dude! I only wish I could choose negative stars for this review.

Super honest. I brought my bike in for the brakes. When I told him I knew how to tighten them, he showed me a place on the frame the cable had come loose. He said he didnt feel right charging me for something I could do myself. Took the bike home and quickly fixed it once he pointed out the problem. Highly recommend this shop!

Hilliard is so lucky to have this place. I had a bike completely tuned up- it was done in two days. I know nothing about bikes, and the owner was great at explaining everything I needed and why, and did not talk down to me at all.
