TOP NOTCH BIKE SHOP!!! I stopped in on Tuesday evening about 15 minutes before closing time to look for a new bike. John and his guys were very friendly and willing to help me. With Johns help, I found the perfect bike for me along with some accessories! I kept apologizing for keeping them past closing time, since most places run you out BEFORE they close! They werent concerned with that, they wanted to make sure I got taken care of. I told John I would come back about noon the following day to give them time to get my bike set up, and when I walked in, John had my bike set up and ready to roll! Great job guys, if I didnt live 7 hours away, this would be my bike shop forever! And if Im ever back in the area, I will definitely be back in and do more business with John and his crew!

My visit was about a year ago but I arrived and the gentleman behind the counter was clearly on Facebook when I approached and he failed to acknowledge me. Excuse me, he looked at me but failed to greet me. When I said excuse me, can I get some service he responded by lying about what he was doing and I called him out in not. This quickly turned into a verbal argument about proper customer service and business ethics but I digress from the true point. For that experience, I will never return to this establishment. I hope for your sake that youve found new staff. For those looking for a good bike shop, try about 3 miles north on the same side of the road.

Ive been rather nomadic with my cycle shops since I got into cycling 7 years ago. I was getting ready to do a century ride and the bIke shop I was going to would not help me out with a new chain until I waited 2 weeks for my scheduled tune up appointment. I tried Allied. By the time I dropped the bike off and ran down to Jawors to hit a medium size bucket of balls the bike was tunes up with a new chain. It sounded beautiful. And it was at half the price the other place was going to charge. I dont usually write reviews but I had to share this experience. Thank you!

Terrible Mike is arguementive . Had bike tuned up their. Tried to ride before I left the shop bike would not shift. I had Mike ride it he stated that was normal for a cheap bike. After a bit of arguing he did repair it. Had new grips installed that i bought their. Got home did a wheelie and grips fell off no grip glue! Awsum work guys ill try a different bike shop Worst place to wast my money

What a great source for specialty high end bike parts. I have been road racing for over 30 years and was unable to find what I needed in a local bike shop. This place not only had what I wanted, but upheld the warranty on the product a year after I purchased it. It doesnt get any better!

I bought 2 Masi 3VC frames from these guys off of eBay. We built the frames up full Ultegra and have been riding with lots of looks on the eye-poppin bikes. Really enjoy the web- cam view of the shop. If I lived up there yall would be our LBS.

The place to go for service. I took my road bike here after a flat. They dont pressure you (no pun intended), they keep you informed of the things they fix, and charge fairly for the great work they do! Highly recommended.

Very rude. Dont bother to take your bike in repair there if you paid less than 300 for it, they will make nasty remarks. Its like they dont want you to spend your money there... I was going to buy two bikes.

Stop selling bike parts on Ebay for way less than MSRP you scumbags! Youre the reason why reputable independant bike dealers can never stock anything and expect it to sell! Pathetic!!!!

Came in to get my daughters bike tightened and they were short staffed that day. They still fix her bike and made sure it was safe!! I love great service and they provided it!
