Im seconding the review from Apr 29th. During my experience with bike shops in Columbus Ive repeatedly been let down with service and expense, but I think my experience with Revolution Cycles might be the worst. I went to get a Groupon redeemed, which yes is a yuppie thing to do and yes may not be high on their list to serve, but the service I got was really inexcusable. It took them TWO weeks to give my bike a "tune-up" and change a flat tire. Oh and when I say change a flat tire, I mean move it from the front to the back.....do you really think Im not going to notice that my flat tire wasnt replaced? As for the tune-up Im really not sure what they even did...... The excuse that they were moving in was valid for the first week, but after that this was pretty much a joke. When I went into the store for the third time it barely looked like anything changed, I have no idea what these people were doing for two weeks: they were barely moving in and they certainly were not fixing my bike. If Revolution Cycles ever wants my business again or wants me to remove this review they have three days to come to my house, pick-up my bike, give it real service and actually CHANGE MY FLAT TIRE free of charge. Brought my tire in so they could tell what size inner tubes I needed. Ended up giving me two wrong sizes, and they werent even the same size between them. Of course I didnt check till I got home. Next day I went by Paradise garage and did the same thing, but got what I wanted. All in all, upon comparing the two places, Paradise garage has much more helpful staff, their tune up prices are much more reasonable, and a greater over-all selection. I also told them what had happened and they didnt seem surprised, letting me know that their work is more focused in other areas.

Its a great place for the young hipster with a single speed or fixie. They have geared bikes too. The beautiful parts selection represents a great sense of style, and culture. The guys who work here seem to know what there doing, more so than some of the competition. I would go here before going to a lot of other places. When cycling becomes more than just transportation to you, you come to a place like this. As far as I know its also the only place in Columbus where you can get a new Segway.

Bike Repair Shop- I was walking down High St. near 5th and decided to check out the Revolution Cycles shop. They not only had unique bikes, repaired yours if you needed, but they also had some really nice accessories! I was able to get a leather wrapped bike helmet that looked like a riding cap ( very classy ) not to mention a Brooks saddle bag that sets me apart from all of my friends! They have items you cant get anywhere else in the city! Really great concept definitely a need to see!

I have to say, I was referred to the guys at Revolution Cycles by a couple friends because I had no idea what was going on with my bike, and Im glad I listened to them. I dropped in unannounced without an appointment and the guys were extremely helpful in accomodating me. They were able to diagnose the noise I was having and got me back on my way in a matter of minutes. Extremely knowledgable and very friendly people to deal with. Will certainly be returning to them for future service.

Just came into Revolution Cycles for the first time today. I thoroughly enjoyed the vibe and the aesthetic of the shop. More than that, the service was fantastic. I was explaining to the guy at the desk a problem I was having with my brooks saddle and he went out of his way to clear it up for me. No charge. Many local bike shops can be intimidating due to the sometimes pompous nature of those who cycle. Thankfully, this place doesnt project that stereotype at all!

Everyone there is so nice. Recently went in to fix an issue Ive been having with my crank. They were more than accommodating. As I was browsing around they removed my bottom bracket and noticed it was a little dirty and proceeded to clean it without me even asking! Not only did they not charge me for the cleaning but when I tried to leave a tip they politely declined. Definitly will be coming back for any and all my bicycle needs. THEY EVEN SELL SEGWAYS!

Super great crew! They are all very knowledgeable and helpful, and will do everything it takes to get you up and running. Theyll even go to the hardware store during service for uncommon small parts if necessary. In my experience their prices are lower than nearby Paradise Garage, and they are honest and direct about sales & service (wont try to upsell you, but will carefully describe options to find what is right for you).

First time visiting Revolution cycles, and I gotta say- their service was (wait for it)... Revolutionary! Friendly guys who repaired my bike for half the cost of other local shops... Would highly recommend. Also, their shop is incredibly neat (resembles an older open fire station of sorts). Cant wait to give them my business again!

Fantastic bike shop. The staff are knowledgable and friendly, making the shop approachable for novices and a gem for serious riders. Service takes precedent over dollars and cents. Have a question about where to ride in the area, how to ship your bike cross country, or just want to chill with some cool people? This is your spot.

This place is super chill, Filled with people that know a ton about bikes, and friendly people. Im building a custom bike through them and they have done an excellent job educating me on bikes and staying within my price point. If you need anything bike related, this is the place.

I didnt know much about bikes in general but everyone at Revolution is more than willing to answer any question I have. They have fixed any and every issue Ive had with my bike. Very clear about issues and how much it would be to repair. Great shop. 5 stars. Would recommend.

Dont even bother trying to redeem your Groupon here. You wont get your bike back when promised and the work will not have been done on the bike. My axle is still very dirty and there is no sign of anything ever seeing an oil can or lubricant. I am really disappointed.

ive come here for years! the staff has always been pleasant and accommodating. any questions i had they answered it without judgement ( unlike other shops ive been too ). prices are great and the service was fast from my experience. 10/10 would recommend.

Wheels down the best bike shop in Columbus! Took my bike in for a tune-up, they were fast and super friendly with very reasonable prices!! Come here once and youll never have a reason to go to another shop.
