I started going here a couple of years back when I was getting back into cycling and needed new shoes that fit better. The owner spent more than half an hour bringing me different shoes to try on until I found a pair that fit comfortably. About 6 months later I took in my old road bike to have it resurrected after sitting in storage for twelve years with a broken spoke on the rear wheel. They didnt bat an eye at swapping the old wheels for ones I had purchased from a discount internet supplier and thoroughly explained everything that needed replaced and gave me options at several price points for each replacement part. The mechanic even called while he was working on it to see if I was OK with spending around 10 bucks to replace worn, but functional, cables. I picked up the bike which was repaired in a timely manner and rode it for a couple of weeks when I decided I needed more adjustment than the previous short handlebar stem could provide. It was the day before a longer event I was riding in and they helped me install it, even replacing cables so the handlebars could be brought up to a comfortable position while I waited. Heres the best part...the owner stayed with me a half hour after closing time to help me adjust the bike to a comfortable fit. This shop has earned my loyalty and Im happy to be their customer. Most of their pricing on parts is in the ballpark with what I can find on-line and their customer service is second to none. There are no surprises in service costs, no high pressure up-selling, and a friendly, inviting environment. This is an all-around great bike shop!

I have a very expensive and wonderful recumbent tandem bike...a Rans Screamer...that I got from Troy at BicycleOne about 3 or 4 years ago. B.One has serviced it each year and ALWAYS does superb, top shelf work and keeps it in tip top shape. Recently, during Pelotonia Week in CBus - BicycleOnes busiest week of the year, I had accident (not hidden pot hole full of water) and destroyed, I thought, my baby...my BIKE. Troy ordered the new fork, and parts, from Rans Screamer folks, and within one week the bike was as good as new and back in my garage. Troy even helped me load it onto my rather unusual rack. Troy and his team are the best there is. If you want to go somewhere where YOU CAN trust them, and know they will NEVER RIP YOU OFF...and know what the heck they are doing, go here. If you want to leave it to chance, good luck. But, trust me....this is the ONLY shop in town for me...and I dont live close. Go there...buy bikes, buy service, HERE. Know you will get what you want. Know they are the ONLY place in town to consider...and NO, Im not related and NO I dont owe Troy poker money to type this. I rarely share on these sites....but, this experience pulled me in.

Im a lifelong cyclist who has been off of the bike since returning to Columbus six years ago. Ive also been a Cannondale owner for 20+ years or so. I thought it was a good time to get back into it and start fresh with a new bike. After searching Google Maps for a local shop I thought Id give these guys a try. I worked with owner, Troy, and son, Nick. I found both extremely accommodating and helpful with absolutely zero attitude. I bought a SuperSix Evo and couldnt be more pleased. As long as Im in Columbus theyll have me as a customer. Highly recommended!

The staff are very friendly and incredibly knowledgeable about bicycles and accessories-especially Caroline and the general manager, whose name escapes me at the moment. They went the extra mile to make sure we were completely satisfied and happy with our bikes. We were very impressed with their service and attentiveness to our needs! Their mechanics are also accommodating and fast. We were proud to support this business and will continue to frequent their store in the future!

Horrible establishment!!! They totally took advantage of my wife, because shes a woman.. and then when called out on it .. they told me thats just how it was going to be !! My son has also been taken advantage of !! In my opinion stolen from!!! I would recommend to anyone in the market for anything related to a bike to stay far far away from this over priced scandalous company!!! Im ashamed its even in my city!!!!!! Women and children beware!!!!!!

Bicycle One has great service! I had a very expensive trek bike from another local shop that claims to be "the only trek dealer in columbus". They could not fix mechanical issues with my bike. Bicycle one not only fixed the issues but performed the service as a courtesy. They are honest and takes care of customers. If you want a Trek, here is the place to go. They are a true independent dealer with Cannondale and Raleigh bikes as well. 5 stars!

Great selection of bikes and fantastic service by the staff all around. They let me test drive a few bikes, adjusting each one for me; Troy was very patient in showing me the nauances of the folding trike and showing me how to load it in my trunk. I ended up custom ordering one that was delivered and outfitted in a timely manner. The trike is an Ice HD Adventure and runs like a dream!

Outstanding sales staff (Allie is very nice), good prices and a good selection. Went back later for help with a rack I bought there and was disappointed with the sales person helping me. He lost them a $75 sale. Any place is only as good as the person you are dealing with. I recommend asking for Allie. Im deleting one star from my previous rating.

Troy and his staff were extremely knowledgable and professional. They tuned up two bikes for me and then helped me find the right bike rack to suit my needs. If you need it, they have it. If you dont know what you need, they know it what you need to get you back up and rolling down the road. The service department has my bike fixed in a day and not a week like the others in town. Very honest in their dealings with me and very respectful.

Great family owned and operated bike shop. Knowledgeable and friendly folks. I purchased a Cannondale bike from them in 2014 and they were very patient with me as I hadnt been on a road bike in quite a few years. Will be first stop when upgrading to carbon.

Knowledgable, friendly, and awesome staff! Great bikes and even better pricing. Ask about their pelotonia program, as they donate bikes, then sell after a short ride for quite the discount. These guys are a family run business and I cant recommend enough.
