Im from the Findlay area and was in Columbus at a different bike shop looking to buy my first road bike. As I waited over 20 minutes for someone to even acknowledge me as a customer, I hopped online to look up other bike shops in town. I came across Wheelie Fun Bike Shop and noticed its perfect review, piquing my interest. Frustrated with the extreme lack of customer service I received at the other shop, I made my way to WFBS. What a difference! I explained that I knew nothing about bikes other than I was interested in one and they walked through everything with me. I was even recommended different bikes to try out which was wonderful to be able to do at the park across the street. At the recommendation, I tried out 4 different bikes to make sure I found one I liked. Now, the proud owner of a Cannondale Synapse, I cannot compliment WFBS enough. They were knowledgable, customer-oriented, fair, and overall great to work with. Thanks for answering my questions, providing recommendations, and making my purchase a great experience.

I am a casual rider and have always purchased junk bikes at local grocery chains. Stopped in this morning after breakfast to check them out for the first time and knowing I needed another bike because the one I have never fit right and was causing too much stress on my hands etc. Michael and the owner jumped right in and suggested frame size and fit and had me ride it around so they could actually see how I was doing on it. My intentions were not to purchase a bike and especially one not costing a lot more than a hundred dollars;however, because of the very knowledgable service and experience they have, I put mine on layaway right away. I guess you do get what you pay for and Im sure Im going to love this bike as soon as I can get it. I would recommend this shop to anyone I talk to.

Great shop. Id been shopping for a decent road bike for a number of months and went to numerous bike shops around Columbus. I enjoyed working with the people at most of the local bike shops but I have to say that Ryan (Wheelie Fun owner) went the extra mile with me to properly fit a bike. Ive got long legs and a shorter arm reach and he was the only person to figure out how to better fit me with a larger frame for my legs but a shorter stem for my arms. He earned my business and I continue to back there for accessories because of their great advice. All the people that work at Wheelie Fun are avid cyclists and provide great advice whether youre buying an inexpensive bike for the kids or an expensive ride for yourself. I love my Cannodale Synapse Carbon 5!

Not having owned a bike in twenty years and having never owned a higher end bike, I wasnt even sure what I wanted. Went to four other bike shops and three large chain stores, found wfbs and could not have been more impressed with the attentiveness of the staff and the care that they put into finding the right bike for myself. .These guys are not snobs who looked down thier noses when I told them I knew nothing about bikes except how to ride one.No upselling and no pressure sales. .they truly care about putting you on the right bike. .Again cant say enough about their customer service and support. .Experience it for yourself. .I would give them ten stars if I could. .

Wheelie Fun Bike Shop has a no-pressure customer service that you cant get in most bike shops. Relaxed and willing to help with any questions or inquires I have, I sometimes make up excuses to go! Each time I come in with my son, they are quick to greet me, AND son! Bike selections range from adult size to kid size and I have been nothing but pleased with the "custom-built" bike they sold us for my son (swapped out the bike seat for us cuz he liked "the cool stars on that bike seat over there" and switched and shortened the handle bars for us). I recommend WFBS to any and all, you wont be disappointed!

Ryan and his crew are always super attentive and helpful when I stop in for parts, advice, or a new bike. Ryan did a full, custom fitting to help my wife find the right Cannondale road bike. The custom bike fitting would have cost $$ elsewhere, but it was complimentary! My wife is VERY happy with the fit of the bike and the amazing help she received. As a fellow gear-head myself, I appreciate how knowledgeable Ryan and his team are with mechanical issues. I wont go anywhere else now.

First off, who doesnt like puns. This bike shop is great. Im not saying Ive been to every shop in the Columbus area but I am happy going here. Everyone is friendly and laid back. The mechanics are not trying to rip you off and try to save you money if they can. They charge a fair price for their work and I will be going back and recommending my friends to go here in the future

My husband and I both bought our bikes through Wheelie Fun. That gave us a great deal and were so helpful and knowledgeable. Very willing to answer questions and personable. They even call me by my first name and know who I am. That hasnt happened to me in any other bike store around Columbus. You cant go wrong shopping at Wheelie Fun Bike Shop!

This shop was a life saver on my recent bike trip. I needed a part for the next days big ride which they didnt have in stock. The owner took the part off of a bike on the floor instead just to make sure I could ride that weekend. I had a great experience for sure. Their demo bike fleet looks sick. I will have to go back to take one for a spin.
