I have purchased many items in the past from Discount Furniture Warehouse of Hilton Head and found them to be a pleasure to deal with. I took their service for granted as I was always pleased with their courtesy, prices and the merchandise I received. However, the manufacturer of the most recent item I purchased did a very poor job that was far below my expectations as well as those of the people at Discount Furniture. It was an expensive piece of furniture and I was very upset. MJ and Kim assured me that they would handle the situation and in the end I would be very happy as indeed I was. They arranged for the piece to be remade and stood by me all the way. Many retailers are just fine to deal with but DFW is exceptional. Their primary goal is to make the customer happy in every way possible and I would suggest to anyone looking for furniture that this is the place to go.

I have filled most of my three(consecutive) homes on Hilton Head with the very best beds and great furniture (bedroom and living room sofas) with products from Discount Furniture Warehouse of Hilton Head. They consistently have the best prices and when they guarantee the low price, its true and so now, I no longer need to waste time to shop around for price anymore. Staff is extremely knowledgeable and has incredible expertise if you are trying to find something very specific such as super extra firm mattresses or highly durable sofa seat cushions or a certain style of furniture. The beds are so comfortable that many of my guests comment and rave about the good beds and want to know where to get the same ones. Most beds can be delivered within days in the local area.

first we went to the store in Bluffton the service was bad they didnt ask us if we need help they just kept talking about a party they are planning and they didnt say anything when we left, so we went to the store in Hilton Head to buy the same furniture we thought we did a good thing but we didnt we bought our furniture in December 22 2009 and we received it 2 month later and until now we are still waiting for the replacement love seat. whenever i call to follow up about the order they try to blame it on somebody else or the shipping company or the manufacture im sorry but i will never buy from this store anymore

Horrible customer service!!! My husband and I recently went to this store. Walked in, and asked about sectionals; we were wanting to purchase one we saw on their online website. The lady talked to us, and seemed unwilling to help. I took a minute to say something to my husband, and she turned to an older gentleman that walked in a few minutes after us and walked off to help him. She flat out ignored us. I have no problem taking my money and spending it at another place where we will get respect. Dont waste your time with this place!

Bought several items from here. The chair we got was perfect and due to a sale, was a good price. We also bought a lamp which took us a while to pick out and the sales people helped us a lot on both occasions. Would buy again from here as long as in stock item.
