WE LOVE OUR FURNITURE! Let me just say that my wife and I were skeptical at first while shopping around. No price tags, means out of your price range. Not with Palm Casual! Their prices blew all the other retailers out of the water AND they have a warranty that no one else can beat! It took about 2 weeks from the time we ordered to the day they delivered our furniture. We had a swivel chair that happened to have been back ordered for an extra 2 weeks and they let us use a different chair in the meantime (my fault for waiting till we were in good weather season to order; should have listened to the wife). Anyways, we have all of our stuff; we couldnt be happier and we thank everyone at Palm Casual for being such friendly and accommodating people.

My wife and I are sure glad that we decided to purchase our patio furniture from Palm Casual. The experience of dealing with Michael Moore and his staff was a professional pleasure. We enjoyed not being pushed to purchase. We were given the time to browse. After visiting the store for the third time the professional courtesy was outstanding. We looked at several other furniture stores however the quality we wanted could only be founded at Palm Casual. We were recently shooting a movie on Hilton Head. This place outfitted 4 houses on set with the most incredible stuff. The crew were all fighting who got what piece when we wrapped.
