By far the WORST furniture store ever. I have taken off work 3 times for them to bring me furniture.. each time they have messed up.. So I probably will have to take off a 4th.. The first time the in store rep forgot to put my bed on my order (ordered a living room set, tv, tv stand and bed set) So i had to take off another day for that.. they then brought the bed but broke the mirror, tv stand was messed up and some other bullcrap. So i call the store trying to figure out what is going on they tell me they are trying to figure out and they would call back... never got a call back (this has happened at least 5 times) So i am asking will my furniture be delivered and they were telling me "Well we have families to get home to.." Well you told me a delivery date and I took off work for it so where is my furniture? I called this morning and the young lady her name started with a K I believe gave me attitude because I am calling to talk to the manager and she is telling me the truck didnt come until 5:30-6 but I was previously told that there was no truck coming in and they had no idea about my furniture supposed to be coming that Monday... Anyways long story short, this store is terrible. All the associates suck and if you want to wait damn near a month to get something you can get elsewhere in one delivery.. this is your place!

Absolutely the worst experience Ive ever had buying anything! For length sake, I will keep this review to the KEY disappointments Ive had with this company. I spent almost $3,000 buying a bedroom set that took over two weeks to deliver, and a call to corporate (who wasnt much help at all). When I finally got it there were mutiple places where the set was scrached, dinged, and even broken. Knowing what I have gone through already, I decided that it would be more of a headach to fix it so I let it go. Less then 1 year into purchase my mattress is visibly defected and even causes my husband back pain. After contacting the store again to have them come look at it; I was not only stood up once, but THREE times!!!!! They are unprofessional, in every way possible. I literally cringe everytime I have to send the bill out of my hard earned pocket. If you are even thinking about going here please save yourself the headach and spend your money else where!!!!! You wont regret it!

Negative 1 star. Very disappointing experience at this location. Was not acknowledged upon entering. Went towards front desk and waited a bit since it appeared staff was assisting what seemed to be two couples. Then I had to ask for help after waiting too long. The employees looked at me and were not welcoming, nor asked, hey how are you, how can we help you, well be with you, nothing. Who in their right mind would want to conduct business and spend their hard earned money at this establishment after that? Not me. Get a clue on customer service BADcock.

I really wish that I didnt have to give any Starr we just left out of the Badcock furniture on South Blvd today with our family trying to purchase a couch and they wouldnt even assist us two white couple come in behind us and they get all the attention but they ignored us and tried to get someone else who was busy to help us.he came over ask us to wait till hes done doing his stuff to assist us while the two people were taking care of a white couple now if thats not b******* that you tell me what it is will never stop there again

Horrible horrible horrible experience. Communication amongst employees is very poor. Ordered items back in April and end of May was left still waiting. And when I advised that I would be sending items back due to my inconvenience, their response was "Oh thatll be easier for our paperwork". Held up my entire Saturday waiting on them and they NEVER showed, then get a call a week or so later that they are in route without any notification or anything. Please dont bother with this location, youve been warned.

Purchased a recliner living set ...the set began to break down 3 months of me having explained to manager if I can select another set that doesnt recline he was very aggressive no customer service if you are planning to purchase any item from them please ask about the return policy if not you are stuck paying on garbage I do not repeat do not recommend anyone to shop here

The Manger @ the South Blv. Location in Charlotte is very rude and disrespectful if you have to return something. I had to contact BBB and corporate just for them to come and get my washer and dryer which they still trying to charge over me $100 for even after corporate told him to pick it up and fully refund my account.
