We bought a nice bed room set and were suppose to receive 0% interest on a 12 month purchase if we paid it off on time. We just received a bill stating that we owe $34.06 in interest now. What in the world? I just called and spoke to the Owner of the Badcock store in Beaufort and he gave me the run around. He told me at the time of the purchase that we had to choose between either 20% the purchase or 12 months free of interest. Thats NOT what was told to us by Stephaine, the sales lady. Now, here we are with paying $34.06 a month for 12 months that equal $408. What in the world did we get ourselves into with these people? I will not deal with them again and further more be contacting there fiance and customer service department. Be careful folks for what you get in this store and what you sign up for. I also paid to get my old furniture hauled off and paid for it but when the movers showed up with the new furniture, they said they wouldnt take the old stuff because I never paid for it. I showed them the receipt and after getting into an argument, they finally took the old stuff. It was a headache. I can promise you next time, we will go somewhere else. Buyer Beware at Badcock in Beaufort SC.
