STAY AWAY FROM BADCOCK! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED! Purchased a sofa set from these theives and the metal legs started to cave under within 2 days following delivery. It took a month of fighting with Lonnie (Acceptance Now finance mgr), Cindy ( Acceptance Now so called rep)& David (Badcock mgr) before they decided to come & pick up the poorly made sofa set. These people have no regards for customers! Lonnie and David refused to honor the exchange and told us we need to do an even exchange, we could not select a higher priced set & pay the difference. In addition to that they told us that our previous purchase of a box spring & mattress (June 22, 2016) is linked to the sofa account so if they were to take the sofa they would also need to take the box spring & mattress. I assure you, this is no joke! We agreed to return EVERYTHING and Lonnie told us he will refund the money we paid (a total of $610.00). After they came and removed the furnitures we didnt get the money so we called today. Cindy told us our refund is $42.00 and we were lucky to get $42.00. Weve already contacted the news in an attempt to inform the public of badcocks new customer service practice. The store is nothing like it use to be. Pay attention to the reviews and 1 star ratings. The truth is there is not an option for a ( -1) rating because thats what they deserve.

Complete disaster Ordered a sofa and love seat from them on July 1 and told my salesman I live in a gated community with delivery hour between 8am and 4pm..one day before the delivery I got a call from there warehouse saying theyll be delivering my furniture July 6.. Between 2pm and 645pm!!! I immediately told them I told my salesman I need delivery before 4pm because of my hoa. They said the store never informed them of that.. But dont worry they never deliver that late.. Well guess what the driver showed up at 830pm!!! Like really who delivers furniture that late and too make matters worse.. The drive told me they dont deliver past 3rd floor!! Needless to say the couch wouldnt fit in the elevator.. So I disided to keep the love seat.. But guess what!!!!! One of the arms on the love seat was cracked.. So now I have too return thats as well. The dispatcher told me they will refund my delivery charge.. So now Im off to there store tomorrow for a double refund and love seat exchange.. This whole experience has been a nightmare.. Im a very busy person with limited time due to my work and HOA delivery time I will update tomorrow after I go in and see the manager

Im a costumer since 2014, and I felt so disappointed this month about the treat I received from the manager called John. He hanged up the phone on me after I was presenting him a problem I had with the delivery. Its the second time this year that my orders werent on time. More than an hour late from the frame time they gave me. First time, boxes were empty without merchandise. Second time, merchandise was broken. No call received head of time to let me know the delivery wasnt on time. I do not recommend at least to have delivery service with this people. They dont know how to deal with costumers. I think we all need to be good treated or at least, receive a good explanation about what is happening when we are the ones allowing that companies like this one can do business . Nowadays, workers like us work very hard to receive from companies like Badcock nothing but excuses why their job wasnt done properly. They forgot this : "Customer service is the act of taking care of the customers needs by providing and delivering professional, helpful, high quality service and assistance before, during, and after the customers requirements are met". My experience with this furniture company is HORRIBLE!! I ordered a vanity set for my daughter a month ago. They attemptrd to deliver after two weeks past the purchase date. However, when the delivery guys opened the box to assemble at my home, it was damaged. They then proceed to tell me it would be another two weeks before they could bring another one because it was coming from their main warehouse. I was okay..only because my daughter really likes the set. The last straw was I realized the morning of the delivery I did not get a phone call of a time frame for delivery. Upon calling the customer service dept..I was informed the local west palm beach office cancelled my delivery!! What??????? And so I call them when they opened and spoke to a manager...however he could not give me a legitamate reason of why someone went in and cancelled my delivery!! He then says...well the soonest I can get it to you is the 12th...no thanks!! I will come and get a refund...

I purchased numerous things before & never had an problem with them or the delivery until this recent time. I had a big order which problem caused an issued because the delivery had to take place in three separate deliveries, which was very poorly. Then to top it off "THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE" the way they talk to the customers.Retraining is a must!! I would never purchase anything again from this store. I rather take my business somewhere else where they appreciate & value there customers.

I was planning on buying a specific sectional that was not available online and had a great price. They told me by phone theyd deliver in Fort Pierce. We drove 60 miles (from Ft Pierce to West Palm) and found the desired product. When ordering theyve informed the delivery only goes up to Port St Lucie. Lack of care to answer the phone!

I do not recommend this place . Horrible DELIVERY service . Orders are not delivered on time . When finally you get your purchases , they are broken or misplaced . Then, you have to keep waiting for them. I called to complain, and they hang up on me . Manager is disrespectful . They just DONT CARE .
