We bought a couch and other furniture here and we have had a lot of problems with sofa and we paid a few thousand dollars for it and they will NOT replace sofa they keep replacing cushion covers that keep ripping and we are on second set of cushions and we just bought couch not even a year ago, the material is thin and cheap and the back of sofa is sagging and all they do is replace cushion covers when they should replace the couch in a thicker better material. We do not recommend this store we also purchased a table made of marble it chipped within several months. The stuff is reasonable priced compared to other places but its cheap made! Spend more and go to Ethan Alan or lazy Boy if you dont want problems!

My husband and I bought a sofa on a Saturday and we were assured that someone would be available on Tuesday afternoon to help him load the sofa into our truck. Needless to say no one was available at loading time and my husband tugged and pulled this heavy sofa alone to get it into our truck. No one offered help and no one offered an alternative solution. This was totally unacceptable! After calling the owner, David Stir all I got was a wimpy, half- hearted and watery apology about a mis-communication between him and his staff. Mr. Stir was completely unsympathetic. So, save your money folks. Shop somewhere else.

Ive also had similar issues with this trash business. I was told I needed to order items and three months later they finally came in. When they did come in I also was responsible for loading them. I am a small female so I fortunately had two friends available in the area to come and help me when I called them. But seriously, this place is so not worth it and sucks. Plus they are now having a Going Out of Business Sale...gee whiz, wonder why that is?

So, great customer service when youre ready to spend money. However, once the furniture was delivered, it was broken. Weve been waiting on a replacement rail for our daughters bed for over a month now. Every time we call, same lip service. This rail has been "shipped" from Ohio for 3 weeks...give me a freaking break. I wont shop here ever again because of the lackluster customer service weve received since receiving defective furniture.

We found some great furniture here and Sharon was our sales person. She came to our home, helped decide what would look best, designed the room layout and provided all around excellent customer service. The furniture was delivered on time in perfect condition. She followed up to be sure we were happy with our purchase. If you shop here, deal only with Sharon, she is the best.

We have purchased furniture from Furniture Outlet for years. Love our Natuzzi and the in home design service from Monique. One sofa from another manufacturer had a defect and was replaced within a week. Excellent Service.
