We recently purchased a home in Viera and I came down for a few days to start furnishing the house. I was discouraged with the lack of help at most of the furniture stores that I went in to and also the extended time that it would take to get furniture. I went into this Badcock store and was so pleased with my experience. Laurel spent time with me to look at the different options and prices and I was also thrilled to hear that they could deliver the furniture within a day or two. They went out of their way to make sure that I was able to get a delivery while I was in town and then set things up so that I could get other furniture that I wanted delivered on my next visit. Very nice management and staff, a pleasure to work with!

Be VERY careful when ordering from this store. I have already paid cash in full for my furniture and neither the sales agent or the store manager can confirm whether or not this item is available and will be ready for me to pick up or if its on back order. They always say theyll check and never return my calls. This is not good practice for a store to treat their customer, especially when the customer has paid them up front and has no idea whether or not theyll ever see anything for their money. Communication between store personnel and their customers needs a lot of improvement here. Who knows if Ill ever get my items, or my money back.

Went to this location after the not-so-pleasant service I had received from the store in PB. The service at the Melbourne location is family ran, and they take pride in what they sell. I had ordered my living room set and received it that same week. Quality furniture, however there was a slight manufactures crack in the ottoman I had purchased. I sent them a picture via email, and they had replaced it free of charge once the received from the warehouse. I HIGHLY recommend doing business with Badcock of Melbourne, as I will be visiting them again in the near future. Regards, A satisfied customer. :)

I cannot speak highly enough of your store and your employees! My parents bought my family a new couch from your store. The staff were all very polite, helpful and kind. Your delivery drivers were amazing and were in and out in no time. The couch is amazing! It is the most comfortable piece of furniture Ive ever owned.
