Ill begin by saying the sales people at the store were very friendly and helpful when we went in to look at/buy a new king mattress. They showed us their stock and we ended up with a great mattress, box springs and headboard! As others have said, this is an outlet store so its laid out in a "heres what we have" style. No frills, just low priced on everything and it can all be haggled on. We got a great deal for our set and left happy. Lets just say thats where the positives ended. On the day of delivery, they came with our headboard and mattress, no box springs. We were pushed to sign the delivery order (that said clearly on it "pick up box springs from warehouse for delivery"). The delivery guys did not do that and we were left with a partial order. So a redelivery was scheduled for that Saturday between 9-12. At 4pm we had called multiple times (as we had travel plans) and were finally informed the delivery guys had quit and our order was on their truck, so we would not be getting our box springs. Needless to say, we were not happy. We did eventually get them 3 days later. One month later we got a call saying there were still support boards to be picked up at the warehouse. So we borrowed a friends truck to go pick them up. When I got there, they told me the store had put in we were exchanging box springs, which is not what we were told initially. Two hours later, and much hard work on the warehouse reps end trying to figure out what was going on, I was told the store had basically put something totally wrong in the computer and there was nothing to be picked up. So, Id suggest avoiding the delivery end of this store and just pick it up directly from the store itself. We ended up getting discounts and free delivery but the headache, frustration and messed up plans werent quite worth it.

I purchased a sofa/loveseat from this store and picked it up the next day from the DC in Fort Mill. I had 24 hours to identify any issues with the product, which I had. The legs didnt fit on the loveseat and there was a blue gum stain on the arm. I called and customer service was very helpful at that point. They sent out a second set of legs, and fabric so that upon receipt a technician could swap out the fabric on the arm. Well I received the legs and when they didnt fit a second time (the fittings buried inside the loveseat were too small), I decided just to return the loveseat. I called the number, they said they would call the store and look into the return and call me back - they didnt. I called back later to ensure this was being handled and it wasnt because it was news to the new customer service rep. I explained it to her again, and she came back after a 5 minute hold and told me that because the loveseat was in my home for two weeks at that point (thats how long it took the second legs to get to me), that they couldnt return the item. I explained this to her, she insisted there was nothing she could do, and I asked to speak to a manager. The manager stuck to the story that they couldnt give me a refund and that she was trying to offer me the solution of having a craftsman come look at the couch. I have a job, I dont have the ability to meet people at my house so that they can rip out the fittings inside of the couch and replace them. And at this point, not only do I not want a couch that has been ripped apart in my home and not a professional setting, I dont want to do business with a company who doesnt care that their customers are unhappy with their products. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM HERE.

My wife and I walked in 15 minutes before closing time one day. We were greeted promptly by a friendly salesman. We told him were not shopping...were here to buy...right now. Told him we needed a rocking chair recliner and matching sofa with dual recliner. He showed us several options. We decided on a nice pair - haggled a bit, and got a great deal on the set ($650 total). I returned the next day with my small trailer, they helped load the furniture and I was on my way. Quality of furniture is not "high end" by any means but its not "Big Lots" or Wal-Mart junk. We wanted decent looking, decent quality, for a great price - we think thats what we got. Regarding store appearance, etc. - keep in mind this is an "outlet store" in a strip mall location (outlet to me means a warehouse-style store selling products that didnt sell well in their regular stores, returns, refurbished, slightly damaged, etc.). If youre looking for a nice, fancy, brightly lit, ultra clean, sleek/modern showroom...then go there and pay for that presentation - we just wanted to pay for the product.

I will say that when I first visited the store, I was very impressed. I found a sofa chaise for an amazing price and the service I received was great. However, the sofa chaise would not fit into my apartment and it had to be returned. I ended up purchasing a sofa and chair that I knew would fit into my new place. I worked with a woman who told me that the couch was available but that the chair was out of stock and would have to be delivered a week later than the chair. I was fine with that; I would at least have a couch to sit on. When I realized that I didnt receive the delivery confirmation phone call, I called over to the store only for them to tell me that they actually CANT do separate deliveries and that all my furniture will arrive a week from now. If that was their policy then that should have been communicated to me! They said their hands were tied and now I get to spend a week in my new apartment without any living room furniture. This is such an inconvenience and they refused to do anything about it! Ashley Furniture has definitely lost a customer!

I have bought a few items from here... the sales staff is very knowledgeable and friendly... Best of all is the price that you pay in this store vs other Ashley stores. If you dont mind buying returned products... often still in very good condition then id strongly recommend checking this store out. You may have to dig around to find good items as this is a warehouse style outlet store with some damaged merchandise but there area good bargains to be found here. You can also haggle on the pricing as well. I am very satisfied with my purchase and the products that I received.

This place doesnt even deserve one star. The people werent very friendly. I asked the price of a bed and the lady told me that it was "x" amount but that they could sell it at "x" amount, but she would have to double check. So I walked around for a little bit. She never spoke to me again. Even when I walked out, I walked right past her and she didnt say a word. She didnt even look at me. On top of that, the entire store is one big cluster, everything is dirty, it even feels dirty. And the mattresses are all disgusting! I would not recommend this place at all, to any one.
