Not happy with quality. I paid a lot of money for a triple seat power recliner home theater set. After 7 years of use exclusively by a retired couple, the foam padding has failed. Havertys repair will not touch it, they state parts are no longer made and none in stock. Independent reupholsterers will not touch it because the furniture was made without zippers to open and replace padding. The leather covering is sewn shut and all stitching would have to be cut and redone after new pads installed. I am not looking for a free work, I want my $3,000.00 investment repaired and am willing to pay but due to poor quality, no one will touch it. BEWARE.

I probably (my wife) would not purchase furniture for our own home in Nashville but I wished we had found this place long before now to furnish our rental properties. If you buy very nice furniture it will not get taken care of and if you buy cheap it will break and your renters will recognize the cheap quality. Good looking and a good value and my sales person was a professional and understood that I was replacing rental furniture

Even though sales was great, their managements ability to deliver when they say is terrible. Several times they said they would call back to resolve an issue with a missing part for a delivery and they did not call back once when they said they would.
