I bought my Incredible and my original Droid at this store in 2010. Not too many issues at that time. But I had some issues with my Incredible recently and went back to the store for help. The first time, the battery had died completely and I could not even plug my phone into the wall to get it to work. A lady at the store took my phone, did something with it and then told me I needed a new phone. I had a warranty so no big deal, I would have a replacement in a few days. Once that arrived, I tried the old battery in the new phone but it still didnt work. I took it back to the store and another salesman said I was out of luck because the store does not sell the Increble any more. He could not/would not even try to diagose it, ask if anyone else in the store had a battery to test, nothing. All he would say was that I had to buy a new battery online and hope for the best. It wasnt that he was wrong, but he was very blunt considering that I had already lost a week of phone use. So I ordered a new battery and that did work. Then within a few weeks, I started getting an error with my text messaging saying that the memory was full and that I could not use messaging. However, phone storage and the storage chip were both largely empty, so that wasnt the issue. I again took the phone to the store and again saw the same salesman. He told me after a very brief conversation that all I could do was hard reset the phone. He said that HTC doesnt release any new software for this phone and there was nothing else he could do. I questioned him, but he boasted that he was the most tech savvy person in the store and there was nothing he could do. He called over another person to verify his position. That person asked the salesman if he had checked support and if he had asked anyone else in the store for their input. He said no to both, but reiterated that he was the most tech savvy person in the store and said he would be wasting my time if he looked into it further. He also said a few times that he was not being insensitive but was just being honest. The other gentlemen shrugged his shoulders and agreed that the salesman was the most tech savvy and that what he said must therefore be true. I left the store telling them that I was not satisified with their answer and that I was not about to do this "hard reset" of my phone. Once home, I checked the droid forums and found within 10 minutes of searching that all I had to do was go into settings and delete the cache associated with the Facebook app. That fix worked just fine, despite the salespersons insistence that there was no simple fix. That really makes me wonder if the salesperson was tech savvy at all, or if he was just hoping to get me to consider buying a new phone. In either case, I would not trust this person or this store for technical advice in the future. I will shop elsewhere when it is time to replace my phone.

HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!!! Walk in with simple issue with new charger purchased. Have issues with it charging my phone. Went to verizon kiosk in Stroud Mall and had an employee verify on a phone other than mine that the charger in fact did not work. Sent me to the Verizon in Bartonsville due to the kiosk not carrying the charger but the store in Bartonsville he said would. The person helping me at the Bartonsville location (wished I remembered his name) plugged in my charger to my phone, kept it plugged for a few seconds and pulled it out. Came back without saying anything then attempted to use another phone and left it in again for a few seconds and said "Its your phone call the 1-800 number and they will trouble shoot it" Seemed almost as if I was bothering him or he did not want to be there today. He did not offer any assistance passed that and WALKED AWAY from me. Didnt care to walk me out, say sorry I couldnt help you, or atleast tell me what the 1-800 number was. Actually made it feel awkward so I just walked out. I was actually interested in upgrading my phone to either a galaxy s7 or Iphone 7. But he will never know that because he didnt even bother to ask me or offer anything. I will be sure to let everyone know how HORRIBLE the customer service is at that location and inform as many people as possible to NEVER do business there. Extremely unprofessional and no will to help the customer.

This place.. where to even start. My sister needed a quick and cheap smartphone, so we stopped at this verizon. OH how the commission game works at places like this. These two women working were so rude. Our greeting was an eye roll due to coming in forty minutes before closing. Our first impression was the one ranting loudly, with no doubt every customer being able to hear, about how she hates when people say they like her tattoos meanwhile has arms blatantly exposed and shirt just right to show them all off. Next they try to convince my sister she needs the top of the line, most expensive phone because (an employee secret) thats the only one no one returns. RIIGHT. Then the phone we picked, they looked at it and rambled on how horrible it was and doesnt do anything. Sister asked if it would play videos and they said no.. It cant handle that etc. Then when we asked price of cheap one we had picked she lied saying it was expensive then when we saw price she goes "oh i guess i was thinking of another." Lies after lies. Whole time obviously pushing more expensive phones. Not to mention you feel like you are walking on eggshells around them.. its almost like they are the customers and you need to do all the work! No on this store.

This place is a joke. Terrible customer service all around. I called to ask a couple questions and got one-word monotone answers. When I actually went into the store the employees acted more like robots than actual people. Not a single hello, hi, how are you, my name is [blank]. No friendliness at all. I went last month (October) to upgrade my phone and was told if I came back next month I wouldnt have to pay the $25 upgrade fee. So I went back today and was told sorry I dont know who told you that but that information was incorrect, you still have to pay it. Wow great. I bought a glass screen protector with it and asked the guy to put it on. He tried and messed it up, and abruptly walked away without saying anything. He came back a minute later with a new screen protector and said "sorry Im only allowed to try once and mess up once so this one is all you." I literally thought he was joking until he put it in the bag and handed it to me and said have a good night. Are you serious? Is this real life?

I went to this store with my husband to get him the iPhone 4s which was not in stock. We were using the upgrade on my phone for him because I already have an iPhone. So the woman that checked us out didn't complete the transaction correctly for us to get the discount which resulted in my credit card being charged 800 dollars instead of 300 . When I went back to the store to get this corrected, I was told by the HEAD MANAGER that there was nothing that could be done and that I would have to wait the three weeks for the phone to arrive, take a day off of work so that I could refuse the package from fed ex, at which time I should refunded within a week. So basically I was supposed to have an extra 500 dollars on our credit card because of their mistake. This manager then walked away from me in the store and said "sorry, There is nothing that can be done." I called customer service that night and they fixed the problem in five minutes. I will not be returning to this store.
