Be warned: they do not know how to handle GoPhone plans! They didnt activate my credit correctly and gave me the run-around for a month because they couldnt handle a simple refund. Ive lost money and time due to their horrible customer service and lack of knowledge about one of their own products. I purchased a GoPhone 10 cent a minute plan for my two-week visit back home to the US, but the representative who helped me, Ashley, never activated the $15 of credit I paid when I set the phone up. The next day when I went to make a call, it said I had no credit, so I had to add an additional $10 using my credit card over the phone. The following day I went back and Ashley activated the $15 and had me sit there for half an hour while she called and waited for customer service so I could get the $10 refunded to my credit card. I eventually had to leave, so she said shed take care of it later and would give me a call when its credited back. She never called back, and I never got a refund. I had to continue to call every week for a month afterwards to follow up with them, and each time I was told they would handle it and that they would give me a call back to let me know the status. But no one ever called me back to update me or give me more information. Finally I got the manager, Lisa, on the phone and she said that the credit had just expired, and that they wouldnt have been able to help me get a refund in the first place anyway, so I would have to call customer service myself. If they knew anything about their GoPhone plans, they couldve told me that one month before. And if they actually were looking into resolving this issue like they claimed they were, they wouldve found that out pretty quickly and at least given me a call to let me know I should call customer service. Instead they led me to believe this was an issue only they had the authority to handle with customer service on my behalf as their customer. While they gave me the run-around for one month and led me to believe they were resolving this issue, my credit expired and now customer service said they cant give me a refund either (but of course it took 1.5 hours on the phone, being passed around to different departments until they finally came to that conclusion). Bottom line: I will never use AT&T again, and I definitely do not recommend AT&T Harleysville!

Great service! I went in to add 2 lines to my account. While I had to wait for a rep once it was my turn I found that I received very detailed attention from John D just as he provided to the couple ahead of me. I told him I called ATT and based on the info they provided I could add the lines for xx cost, etc. I had it all mapped out. However...the info I received wasnt accurate. While I could tell John was frustrated he didnt let that drive the conversation. Before we got started he reviewed my entire account to see where I could save on my monthly bill. I didnt ask for this he just looked at the account, asked if I minded, and went to work analyzing the bill. In the end we DID find savings and even with the addition of the lines my overall bill will be less than if I had gone on-line and added the lines--- Substantially less. The reason I am giving 5 stars is because of the followup provided by John. I feel he went out of his way to ensure I got the new phones as fast as possible. We then set up time to re-check my account after everything was added. When you add lines to your account (I now have 6 lines on my account) the confirmation statement is a bit intimidating because it seems like theres duplication of services as you move from one plan to the next. We went over it with a fine tooth comb and I left the follow up meeting feeling pretty good about the plan and feeling great about the service provided by John. In addition, we have another follow up once I get the actual bill because he alerted me to the fact that some of the final changes wont show up until the billing takes place. I appreciated his honesty since he could have just brushed that tidbit of information aside and sent me on my way. Ill definitely reach out to him if I have any additional questions!

Lisa Kee is absolutely terrific!!! She stuck by me for a month as I brought in THREE defective replacement phones I had received from your former insurance company (now I know why you no longer work with them!).. She patiently helped me transfer my contacts and set up the phones, and was even more helpful when I returned with each one --- very frustrated! Finally, AT&T corporate came to the rescue (when prompted by Lisa) and provided me with a phone that I love and it actually works! I am quite hopeless when it comes to technology, and Lisa went through the various applications and explained everything that I would need -- FOUR TIMES! I took up so much of her time and she never even skipped a positive beat when I walked in the door. Others certainly would have cringed. I will definitely continue going to Lisa and her crew for help and direction in the future. Her over-and-above assistance reconfirmed to me why I have stuck with AT&T all these years. Great job Lisa!

Each and every time we work with Lisa Kee at the Harleysville AT&T store, we walk away very satisfied. Its like finding a good doctor - once you do, you keep going back to them. Well, Lisa is that in cell phone sales and service. Lisas expertise and knowledge about the mobile plans and products remains unsurpassed. Trust me, Ive dabbled here and there talking with other mobile sales people to no avail, only to come back to Lisa time and time again. She offers above-and-beyond customer service, including staying after her shift to complete our transaction. She is professional and very patient. This past week she spent a cumulative 3 hours between my husband and then me coming back in with an Excel spreadsheet to understand the new mobile plan. She is very professional and patient. I recently had to purchase a new phone so I stopped by the Harleysville AT & T store. Within a minute or two of walking into the store I was greeted by Kevin. I explained that my old phone (samsung 4) was destroyed and I was looking to replace it. I advised him of the features I was looking for in a phone and he took the time to show me phones & the features that were equally compatible and better than what I had before. Not only was he knowledgeable about the product, but he was polite, courteous & patient as I was a bit indecisive. Also, while Kevin was on the phone with at&t, Ryan came over to see if there was anything else he could help me with while I was waiting. He too was friendly and polite & I felt the team work was very apparent. Not only will I be returning to this store in the future but will recommend it to others as well.
