As of yesterday I was ready to cancel my 5 phone plan with at&t. I had called customer service and supposedly talked to the top supervisor, who should be fired from his job. My husband calmed me down and said he would take me to the collegville store. Jack Haney greeted us with a smile. I was very rude to him when I walked in because of my bad experience just yesterday, but he was so pleasant and explained things about the phones and plans very professional. Very unlike the top supervisor of customer sevice. I ended up getting 2 new phones and signed up for direct tv. Ive been asked at least 20 times by direct TV sales people to sign up and I said no. I hope your company takes care of a valuable employee like Jack. He should replace that horrible person who call himself a supervisor. I am a bar manager and come across alot of people and will recommend them to come to Jack when looking for a phone . Thank you Jack for making my horrible experience a great one.!! Maria Fornataro

I bought my iPhone about a year ago and when I had problems with it, I went to the Collegeville AT&T store and was helped by Dominic Dolenti. He gave me the instructions I needed to have my warranty activated. As I was getting ready to leave, he gave me his card and invited me back after I received the new phone and he would help me get everything switched over. I did that...as soon as I received the phone I went to his store and Dominic was extremely helpful and set my new phone up for me. His help made it very easy for me and I didnt have any of the frustration I usually feel when dealing with electronics. Additionally, he made sure that everything was transferred to the new phone and I didnt lose anything. Thank you Dominic...you have a loyal customer in me and when I buy any more phones, I will be back to see you!

My mom and I came to this store to upgrade her phone. We knew what phone and plan we wanted so there wasnt much for the sales assistant to do; however the young man assigned to us took FOREVER to set up the new phone. First he couldnt log into the computer for some reason. Then while we waited he barely spoke and just clicked at the computer so we had no idea what he was working on (are you transferring my old contacts? Are you verifying my account info? No idea). Finally we get to talk about payment and we specifically stated we DID NOT want to make the installments but rather pay up front. He told us that we "couldnt" pay the lump sum today; rather it will show up in the next bill. Ok. Today I got the bill and he set up the installment plan!! Im so annoyed. This guy was incompetent.

I recently broke my phone so yesterday my mom and I went to this store to get another. After reviewing our current plan with the Retail Sales Consultant, Lindey Gnias, she was able to find a way to save us $100 off our monthly bill while getting my mom and I each the brand new iPhone 5s and paying a 0% interest iPad off in 20 months. Everyone should reevaluate their cell phone bills and this location is the best place to do it. Lindey Gnias and the Assistant Manager, Sean Harris, gave my mom and I a welcoming environment, courteous customer service, and intelligent insight to get the best deal for our family. Because of this experience I have been recommending AT&T, and specifically this store, to all my friends and co-workers all day.

One of the BEST AT&T store to get an exceptional customer service and prompt followup on phone delivery, backup and restore. Wireless Specialists out in this store are extremely professional and expert in their domain knowledge thoroughly. For any future phone upgrade or working to resolve any technical issues, I would definitely recommend this location compared to other AT&T stores out in the area. Outstanding customer service by all members and Manager in this location and especially Chris Marieno who is the lead specialist help me out for my new phone selection and entire transition from old to new one. Ive been a Cingular/AT&T wireless customer for about 15 years and have been to 4 or 5 stores in this area, and several in NJ, and this is the FIRST time the rep took the time to show us how the phone we purchased works, along with some nuances and tips. And even though I made it clear that I would not be buying a 2nd phone for about 6 months, another rep took time to show me a phone I might buy in time. What is even more extraordinary is that it was past closing time yet in no way did we feel rushed. Top-shelve service; highly recommended. Thank you Lindsay and (forgive me on the name) Alisha? Very pleased with this store!

I walked in the store this afternoon with a really high bill because my dad accidentally went way over his minutes on our family plan. John, the store manager is just AWESOME! He sat down with me for almost an hour getting me signed up on a better and much less expensive plan and even contacted customer service for me to get my crazy expensive bill down to a much more manageable total. You can tell he definitely takes pride in his job and I appreciated his help so much today. This was the best experience I have ever had at an AT&T store, I will definitely be going there from now on!

Was bullied at the store by the manager "John" talked to me in an abusive way I had to tell him to "tone it down" nothing but bullies I would not go into the store again accept if you like to be "bullied" not judging you but not my cup of tea! He refused to review the directions that I had recieved from AT & T called AT & T employees "talking from a script and they dont know what they are doing". Lesson learned will never go there again!

He was fantastic, super patient, and used all his resources to make sure we had all the information we needed. He helped us find the best option for us. I came into the store with a tracfone, looking ti get a new device with a larger screen. Sean helped me pick out a Samsung Galaxy Mega amd set up all of my accounts, email, facebook and bookmarks. He was incredibly clear and helpful with setting up everything. I would reccommend this store and staff to ANYONE!

Never better service than from amanda at the AT&T store in collegeville. She was so pleasant and helpful. Weve had some not so great upgrade experiences in the past but that was not the case at all this time. We will be doing all our cell phone business here with amanda in the future.

I have come into this store numerous times with various billing issues and phone problems. The staff, and Sean Harris in particular, have been an absolute joy! They are better than ANY AT&T store I have EVER been to! Better than Corporate stores and MUCH better than customer service!
