I visited the Quakertown AT&T July 20th late in the evening. It was very busy and I waited an hour or so to be helped. I was there to return and cancel service I purchased just 24hrs ago. I attempted to make the switch from T-Mobile but unfortunately I had horrible phone service. The 1800# customer service was very helpful and apologetic. I was told to not worry return everything to the store for a full reimbursement of the entire cost taxes, fees and all. For if any reason the store employee did not I was to call the 1800# back for help. My salesman Tyrone in the Quakertown store said it would be 70.00 in restocking fees only reimbursing me less then half of my money. I explained my story I had over the phone before coming in and he insisted I was incorrect and to call the number if needed. He verbally gave me the number and walked away. It was honestly extremely disrespectful just walking away and his attitude towards a unsatisfied customer. I explained my story once again to the 1800 CS and he asked to speak with the salesman Tyrone. I told him he left and was no where to be seen. I eventually gave my phone to an available salesman who had no idea what was going on. Tyrone finally came walking in from the back and did not bother to even stop or say 1 word. His only worry was making another sale and it was very obvious as he walked right by. It was the worst customer service I have ever had. As a salesman myself I world never treat any customers like that because of the reflection on my company as a whole. Because of him alone I would never again use AT&T. I was so pissed off I wanted to cancel my Direct TV as well. Possibly they need to get some training over there how to treat people. Usually the customers coming in complaining are the ones you treat the best to do whatever you can to keep their business and to eventually get them back possibly. So thanks Tyrone buddie I will be sure tell everybody not to come to your store. Great hire there AT&T real professional.

Poor customer service as the staff seems more interested in sitting at a table in the front of the store talking to each other. They have terribly high prices ESP. for phone cases and protection. They have around ten workers in the store working at any one time and yet none of them greet you or get up and help you and when you finally get their attention, they have a million reasons why they cant help your situation.

Currently at this store in the process of upgrading my phone. I have to say, Andrew and his staff are top notch. They are friendly, welcoming and willing to explain technical questions to someone who definitely isnt an expert. What a great experience! Would highly recommend to anyone in the area who is an AT&T customer. These guys are AWESOME!!

Good service usually, but there are times when it can get even the slightest bit busy and you end up waiting hours for help. Most of the products on display at the Samsung display however, are broken such as the Gear VR.
