Great staff great store manager Dan is the man, him talia and Nick all help me out with my problems and because I brought my cousin with me and he got service they gave me a referral credit so my bill was cheaper BEST T-Mobile outside Philly

They would not install my SIM card into a new phone I bought. I called customer service to verify this and they are allowed to install T-Mobile SIM card into a new phone. Will never go to this store again. Bill was my associate.
