To walk through my experience from start to present because my phone to date still isnt working right. A young lady helped me who was very kind but it was easy to tell she wasnt experienced in cell phone repair nor handling the store front on her own. I left my phone with her for repairs for about 3 hours plus and upon returning the store owner assisted me. The store owner decided it wasnt a good idea to tell me the back of my phone was broke during the repair process until i pointed out that the phone back wasnt the original. Then the store owner told me the situation. Now im understanding of hurdles happening during the repair process but for me to find out and then have the OWNER tell me what happened i feel wasnt the best customer service. I would have liked to be told what happened before i noticed the mishap. In my opinion thats just good customer service. Then, i noticed after examining my phone that the young lady who helped me originally damaged the side pretty bad with her tools. I pointed this out and the young lady proceeded to tell me it was already there. Now again, im a very understanding person and was fine with the damage as it cant be seen with my case. But for some reason this young lady decided to lie to my face and say it was already like that. My phone always had a protective case and the damage was not there before bringing it to this repair shop. A simple acknowledgement of the damage and taking responsibility would have been just fine. When i took my phone home to test the new battery i noticed as soon as i left the shop my battery was draining at an abnormal rate, very similar to when i brought it in. I brought my phone back and spoke with the owner and discussed my frustrations. She didnt care. Its very clear she is just there for the money. No customer service skills were present what so ever. She passed me on to a young man who seemed to be one of the more informed repair folks. He discussed how battery repairs work and that sometimes the first battery used simply doesnt work. Now i dont know about the details of replacing a battery but im going to give this shop the opportunity to get my phone back up and running at optimal battery performance. I guess the long and short of it is honesty is the best policy, if someone is left to run a store on their own they should have the proper experience, owners should be the most skilled in customer service and not just there to collect money and pass off problems to their staff, an owner who is not skilled in customer service or cell phone repairs probably shouldnt be available to customers at all thats what the hiring process is for.

Im so grateful to CPR I dont know what I would have done being far from home and having my iPhone 6 screen broken. I left state to visit a friend and my phone dropped, the screen was serverly cracked to the point where I couldnt see my screen. I panicked and couldnt figure out what to do especially since Im not from PA. My friend told me about CPR and I headed straight there. Someone greeted me right away and started to diagnose my phone. They explained their process and how much it would be to replace it. The price was fair especially since I was in a bind. They told it would be awhile and if the encountered any problem they would let me know. I had the choice of staying there or coming back. I choose to wait since there was no way to contact me, but this place is so awesome they offered me a loner phone til my phone was being fixed just in case I had to leave for awhile. The waiting area had places to sit and the store is spacey I had no problem waiting. When they were finished I was called over and I was able to look at my phone. The new screen was perfect Im more than satisfied at how well the job was done. They also suggested that I buy a glass cover which I didnt have to begin with. I agreed and they even offered to install it. They saved my trip and my phone. Im so grateful they were professional, very educated about their product services I would definitely recommend them. Thank you so much CPR.

My IPhone 6s Plus screen was shattered on top my phone kept freezing out of no where. So I figured it was due to my phone not being updated but after updating it was doing the same thing. I went to the Apple Store to see if I could get an immediate answer and they could fix it right there. Well that didnt happen I kept getting the run around and who was assisting me was highly rude. So I left and tried to find another alternative and CPR Cell Repair showed up on google and I thought i didnt have much to lose so why not give them a try. Well I am so happy I did, one they were very respectful, sweet and easy on the eyes!! But they definitely helped me , gave me knowledge on what was wrong with my phone, and what needed to be done in order for my phone to be fixed. I didnt care how much I had to pay because I needed my phone repaired. I paid a reasonable price that probably wouldve cost me more at another repair shop or even Apple. It took a few hours for my phone to repaired but I had ways to kill time at the mall and the others store around the area. My all around experience was great! I give the customer service

I dropped my iPhone 6 and it shattered the glass screen. Called around and CPR was the cheapest option and my dad had recommended that I use them since he had a good experience with them. They were definitely quick in changing the new glass and then recommended I get the shatterproof sticker ($30 extra) so I did. So far, Ive been back three separate times because my display has either gone black for no reason or lost touch sensitivity in areas of the screen. After my third visit in a week, I just got my phone back yesterday after leaving it overnight and being told they did a check of everything including the motherboard. Now, my phone will randomly overheat and/or suddenly start to flash uncontrollably until it is manually restarted. My phone literally had nothing wrong with it prior to having the screen "replaced" at CPR. I regret going here and have learned my lesson. Trying to save the $30 difference to go to the Apple store has cost me four trips to CPR and I will now be going to the Apple store regardless to see if they can fix the damage done BY CPR.

My cellphone had water damage after it got wet in a waterfall in Jamaica while on our honeymoon. Even though it was in a waterproof case, it failed and we lost hundreds of pictures and even our wedding ceremony video that had not backed up onto the iCloud. Although I did "internet research" on how to re-mediate this (apparently you are NOT supposed to use uncooked rice nor should you plug in your phone!), my phone would no longer turn on. Thank goodness I found CPR. I was sure everything was lost and even though I did everything wrong from getting my phone wet and putting it in rice, they STILL were able to get the data off my phone. I told them I could kiss them I was so happy and I even cried with happiness! They are life savers and have very reasonable prices to get the data that EVERYONE else I went to said was gone forever!! Thank you CPR!!
