The customer service is aweful. My mom being a verizon customer needed a sim card for her phone because her old phone died. They first wanted to charge her $20 for it, and another 30.00 to activate it. So we just took it home to activate it with customer service.. Customer Service said it was not compatible. Took the sim card back and they gave us the wrong size. And did not want to help get the right size. They just said to go find a sim adaptor somewhere else.. Smh i have worked in the phone business for 5 years i have never want anyone to be treated the way my mom was treated good bye verizon.....
