When I entered the store, I had expected it to be similar to your regular old AT&T store (I was currently an AT&T customer). Upon entering, I admired the large space for potential crowds, the clean floors, and the attractive decor. It was truly an eye opening experience-- literally!!! The staff was very friendly and helpful, and showed me a lot of options. Upon talking to the salesman, I was immediately ready to switch providers! The man who rung me out (I think David??) was one of the most honest salesmen I had ever met. The associate assisted my wife and I finding phones that catered to our lifestyle. I got a rocknroll LGv10 and my wife is enjoying a Droid Turbo2. They are some of the most exotic devices I have ever handled. GREAT WORK VERIZON!!!!

I had a great experience at this location. In being able to multi task between me, two other customers, and teaching another employee, Ryan went above and beyond in order to try and help me. Not only did he spend a long time with me in the store, he gave me helpful advice to try when I get home. When home, I had another question. I called the store and was again greeted by Ryan. After talking, he asked if he can do some research and call me back. Mind you, it was just about closing time. When he called back and worked with me, he offered to stay later than necessary in case I had any further questions. I am going to use this location any time I have a question or problem and will always ask if Ryan is working.

Ryan M. was very helpful from start to finish!! He acknowledged when I arrived and kept me updated of when he could help me since he had 2 customers before me. The wait wasnt long and he was very attentive. It was almost closing time but he was patient until I could figure out a password and an email. He did everything he could to make sure I went home with the phone I wanted that night. He assisted with any questions I had about the phone and accessories. Great customer service!!! I highly recommend this store and Ryan was an amazing Account Analyst!!

Ryan was the best! I came in the store at 7:45 after a long day of work and he helped me out with a new phone after I dropped my old one first thing this morning. He took the time to give me just what I needed and wanted and offered to try to get my pix off my old phone if he could. My old phone was pretty messed up and he couldnt do it right then but offered to try later in the week. He didnt rush me at all and I left the store at 8:45. The store was supposed to close at 8. Thanks again, Ryan!

Both salesmen, David and Ryan went out of their way to make sure all my needs were met. My needs were difficult to meet based on cost for phone, plan and accessories. They managed to keep my current plan and upgrade to an Android Samsung S5. David also set up my phone with additional features that would be helpful to me. I would recommend this store to my friends and family.

After spending more than 2 hours on the phone with 3 different Verizon Tech reps and an Apple rep, and no resolution to my problem - Ryan was able to resolve my issue within about 15 minutes, after working a different option. He seems very experienced/tech savvy, and will spend the time exhausting diff options. Hes also incredibly professional and pleasant to work with!

Omg Joshua is the greatest store manager that Ive seen in a long time , Ryan ,David and Brian we very knowledgeable and helped me save 50$ on my plan I was on a older plan and they even introduced me to a brand new free tablet that my children love , I recommend this store to everyone I meet , check them out there amazing . 10stars

Went to my local Verizon store on Linden St. In Bethlehem, PA. I was treated with respect and wasnt made to feel inadequate because I wasnt as versed in the technology as most. Brian and David were extremely helpful and courteous! These young men made my day a lot easier! Thanks guys, you rock!
