Today I had an issue with my IPhone, I immediately called Verizon for assistance. They were friendly & did what they could however I was told I needed to visit a Verizon store. That had me worried because Ive been to the closest store and the service there is horrendous!!!!! I decided to call another Verizon location on Allentown Road in Lansdale; Verizon Cellular Sales. The man on the phone was very friendly and made me feel more comfortable about going in. When I arrived I was immediately greeted by a gentleman who came right over to me at the door and escorted me to a comfortable seat at his desk. My anxiety level went down right away. He listened and used his skills to diagnose my issue within seconds. He never made me feel less than intelligent for bringing such a minute issue to the store! This gentlemans name is Shevy Shisir. He was more than helpful, he went above and beyond to help me. I will always come back to this location to purchase all of my future Verizon products & services!! I have been in retail and customer service for over 20 years and I know a quality individual who is of value to an organization, this man is just that!!!!!! Please pull him to the side and give him a pat on the back!!

quite frankly this is the worst ran verizon store in the state of pennslyvania the greaseball salesmen was a complete liar and had store had the nerve to still employ him (as far as we know) on our transaction he pretty much screwed up everything from top to bottom and did not complete the task at hand which was pretty simple they were forcing us into buying insurance and accessories until i laid into him for pestering us after probably the 5th time of asking about things we were not interested in the other employees involved stood around and allowed him to lie to us and give us information that was 100% incorrect not only did his personality offend me but he even went to the extent of mocking a former customer of his when she walked in the store asking for help which i thought was a red flag at that time i should have canceled the trransaction and went to another store that was my mistake no apology from him personally was ever given and realistically i would have told him to stick it where the sun doesent shine if he had even tried

Let me start by saying Sean K. is cut from a different mold than most sales associates. I am a nurse who just finished a long busy shift at 7p, went food shopping when my iPhone 5S suddenly died. At 8:50p on the Saturday night when the store is supposed to close at 9p before Easter, Sean K. was kind enough to keep the store open and help me with my phone. I left the store at 9:45p with an iPhone 7s and with an absolute sound mind knowing that Sean took great care of me and if I have any questions or concerns that I can call him. Multiple times when I apologized for being "that customer", Sean reassured me that he didnt mind at all, and this is what he is there for. We passed the time chatting about family and our community as the new phone uploaded. Ive never had such an amazing sales experience!! Thank you so much Sean K!! Youve gained a customer following!

5/22/14 Up date…..Rob from this store called and couldnt have been more helpful. Was generous with his time, extremely helpful and solved all the problems. Go to this store and ask for ROB! GIVE HIM 5 STARS!!!!!! 5/21/14 My mother was having problems with her smart phone cutting off. She is 83 and the employees there couldnt be bothered. Didnt even make an attempt to seem like they were interested…..worst service ever!!!!!! If you arent there to buy an expensive phone they ignore you and have an arrogant attitude!! Unbelievable……I even drove up from Maryland (2hrs) to help her and experienced the same treatment. If your not buying they cant be bothered….. She was in tears leaving not having a reliable phone for emergencies…she lives alone. Hire someone that cares! Go to another store even if you have to wait for service…...

I cant wait to tell yall why i hated this place! The lady that tried to help us was ridiculously rude, really youre going to sigh and put your hand on your head when youre explaining something i dont understand because it wasnt answering the question i asked? You clearly werent understanding what i asked in the first place, nor even cared i specifically said do you have a phone for under $200 and you say yes but try to sell me a $500, you are crazy! Then youre rude co worker comes in to put his two cents in to bash what im saying, and to practically call me a liar for saying what i pay now somewhere else? Bye yall Verizon youre way to expensive for your rude service anyway!

Scott Miller made the phone buying experience the best one weve ever had. Since my husband and I are android and iPhone it was not going to be pretty .... Or so we thought. He asked us what we were looking for. He answered all our questions for both kinds of phones. He saved us money. And he was fun and pleasant to work with. When was the last time you could say that about any customer experience? Too bad I love my phone.., cause Id go back to see Scott Miller tomorrow if I needed a reason! Yay Verizon!

I had the most patient and cheerful assistance from Sean. My sister and I have visited for the second time today and spent over an hour with him explaining the function of both our devices. There was no question he could not answer. He was pleasant and had a wonderful sense of humor. I have had experiences at other Verizon locations and I would never go back after the wonderful experience I had with Sean. He is a huge asset to your store. Total satisfaction.

Shevy was absolutely fantastic during my new phone purchasing process! He was extremely patient and took care of many details that I would not have known about. He was extremely knowledgable about the products and I felt very confident about all my decisions. He did not apply any pressure during the sales process which was rest nice. I happened to commend to the Verizon store and tell Mensan and found a lovely young man by the name of Eric Phy. Both he and his manager were very helpful and were able to take care of our every question with confidence and concise answers to help me use this phone which at times is difficult for me. Chris Kamel was the best! My experience with him was top notch professional. As a professional myself, I seek competence and even higher standards in others. I found that with Chris. He ensured my needs were met. 4 months, later after selling me this GS4, no hesitation, I walked into the store with an issue with my phone to solve, saw Chris, and immediately sought his help. Hes the go to man.
