This place is great. I try to use these independent stores in an attempt support small businesses. When the service is as great at this place though, the pleasure is all mine! During my first visit, there was a young bearded man (I believe his name was Justin?) who helped me step by step through the process of switching from T-Mobile to Verizon Wireless. What I assumed would be a grueling, arduous process turned out to be anything but. He cracked a couple "Knock Knock" jokes while the page was loading (boy did he have me going!) and before I knew it, I was on my way with a brand new iPhone! Ever since, I have gone back for all my Wireless needs. Thanks again guys!

Not only did Shane provide the worst service Ive ever received at a Verizon store, he didnt even bother to pause his youtube video to do it. He told me he was processing my claim online because "I dont feel like talking to anyone today," and when he needed to follow up on the phone, he handed me the phone to do it. I didnt need to come into the store to make a phone call. I will not be returning to this location, thanks to Shanes terrible service.

Joe was AMAZING! I was helped quickly and while my contacts and photos were being transferred to my new phone, he even let me bring my dog inside to wait! I have had so many problems with verizon and customer service in the past, and this was such a pleasent experience! I will only go to Joe for my cell phone needs for the rest of my life!
