The store itself is roomy and sleek - very nice. The people there were so nice - they seem to take very good care of their customers. I was there to get a phone upgrade, and Ive been to other Verizon stores where they try to bulls**t you into buying a bunch of extra stuff, but here they did nothing of the sort. They even tried their best to find any other discounts I may be eligible for. And when the phone I wanted wasnt working right, one of them actually drove to another place to get one for me, so I just had to wait about half an hour for it, and they even made up for it by giving me discounts on the accessories! I definitely recommend this particular Verizon store.

I went in here to ask a few questions about the battery life on my phone and was greeted with a smile and a handshake by the Manager Shrey. While there he took a look at my phone, did some troubleshooting and gave me some advice if the problem persisted. He then educated me on some things whenever I want ready to upgrade and never once did I feel pressured into a new plan, extra features etc. Shrey and his staff provided some of the best customer service and this iseems where I will be going from here on out. Keep up the great work guys!
