This store is terrible. Very slow service and the reps have no knowledge of the promotions. My rep was a guy named Jeff, he took forever to browse the promotions through his phone. When it got time to get everything done he said that the buy one get one free promo, for the free phone it could only be a 16 gb phone. I left the store and came to the store in the mall where they helped me very fast. Do not waste your time going to this att store

It is impossible to understand how one can call a store of this size that sells phones and NOT get someone to answer the phone. What is the point of having a local ATT store? Thank you for contributing to the burgeoning evidence that nothing in the world makes sense to or is designed to serve the average consumer.

very bad service and management. No basic knowledge of offers. Sales person clearly told me the offer terms which turned out to be not true and when I decided to cancel based on false advertising they charged me restocking fee to return the phones after less than 24 hours.

Being corporate store they arent doing any adjustments to Bill which were over charged. They want us to call the customer care and wait for long time in the call to take care of it. Then why in the earth are here with a corporate store.
