Awesome. 7 stars. These guys were all very helpful and very patient. From the moment I walked in I was greeted and shown what I was looking for. After a minute or two of chatting with the friendly staff. I decided (on my own) to switch my group account from another carrier. These guys were able to save me over $100 a month. Also were going out of their way to figure out more credits. They didnt have to do that but to gain my business I could tell they would go out of their way because they wanted to. I appreciate that in someone who I do business with. Small businesses that love what they do will always go out of their way to make their customers happy. I could tell these guys care. I will only deal with them. Lucky for me theyre only a mile away. Worth the trip.

I have always had a great experience at this store. Beyond being extremely knowledgeable, they are honest, which is not always easy to find in salesmen working on commission. Recently, I worked with an employee named Dominic, who was wonderful. He spoke in language I could understand, while addressing an issue that apparently perplexed a Verizon employee at another store. Not only did he fix the problem, I left with knowledge that will help me manage my devices going forward. I am very grateful. I wont make the mistake of visiting other stores again.

This store constantly dissappoints. Waited in line so I could order a replacement phone. The sales person asked "do you have a quick question?" No, I didnt have a quick question, I wanted a replacement phone. Then he offerred to help the person who came in after me with a "phone charging problem". What happened to the queue? I walked out, and will not be back. The workers are incompetent and dont understand customer service. Its a joke.

I went into Verizon wireless in Mullica Hill today and had the pleasure of working with Aaron. He was so helpful and knowledgeable. I usually cringe going to Verizon and avoid it at all cost but he made everything so easy and broke everything down for me so I could understand it. I definitely reccomend everyone to ask for Aaron. Ive been an AT&T customer for 17 years and the last 2-3 have been a nightmare! Went to Verizon to see what they could offer, was assisted by Greg... He was wonderful! Very knowledgeable, helpful and seemed genuine. I WILL be leaving AT&T and becoming a Verizon customer next Friday and I couldnt be happier!! Thank you, Greg for all your help! Cecilia Kay.
