Unfortunately not all employees are created equal. I concur with other reviews in the fact that theres Limited wait time and typically good service. However unfortunately today I stopped in as the store was opening. I waited a few minutes until the employee was ready to be open. After about 15 minutes she was ready to assist me. Every question I posed to her was answered with "I dont know how to do that". I moved on past the questions with no resolve and ask questions about if they had any screen protectors or cases or any items for the new Moto Z. Once again she did not have the answers and had to call someone else to ask if they had any. This review is not in part based upon the location or the quality of the store. Just the quality of one employee inside the store. Unfortunately some people dont take time or have the care to learn their products they sell or the store they work in. In 20 minutes I had no assistance activating a phone, the inability to find in-store products, and no offer to even assist me in purchasing those products through Verizons point-of-sale.

My family and I just switched over from AT&T. We went into the store with the expectations of being there for awhile. The Manager there, James, explained everything to us very thoroughly and gave us step by step instructions on everything we needed to do to have our contract paid off with AT&T. While running our information, processing the sale, and explaining everything, he was backing up everything from our old phones to put on our new phones. One of the best customer service experiences I have ever had. Thank you James and thank you Verizon for this very convenient location. I would not go anywhere else for my cellular needs. Simply Amazing.

While nice and new, dont be fooled. While the staff, including manager and owner are super nice, they are very shady. They will tell you one thing. Once you get your bill... Its another thing. Two months later still trying to get our bill straight. But then again, I havent spoken to one Verizon employee that hasnt "embellished" something to make a sale or get you off the phone.
