I stopped with a tech question, Matt was very courteous and willing to help. He pointed out that I was overdue for an upgrade and probably a monthly savings in my bill. So I ended up with a new phone and better plan that saves me money! During the process Matt patiently dealt with difficulty transferring my photos, and after all his efforts, was able to help me set up a new way to save my photos that will actually be a better way to handle my pics from now on!! He even called me back when everything had uploaded, and made sure that I knew when the process completed. Thank you Matt! I appreciate all you efforts in guiding me thru the process!
